I do hope so - after 2 poor seasons. His home performances will be consistent but his away form is the concern. I hope the Steady we saw in the play off finals is the one who continues into next season and I would expect his DU with Sheffield to keep him sharper. Sorry to see him move on as I agree that his average should easily rise next season. You've got a bargain there

Have to agree that I'm not excited by this signing as some seem to be - especially when you consider he will be riding against some strong reserves (e.g Seb Alden). I hope to be proved wrong and he turns out to be as good as Robin Aspegren (or better) as they have very similar PL averages. Fingers crossed.

Sorry to hear about Steady from his tweet. I think he showed in the play-offs what he is capable of and he will surely come back and show us what a mistake we have made releasing him. Why wouldn't you use Fisher's actual average over an assessed conversion? Just a question because I think it just shows another loophole that makes a joke of the sport
