If Mads is back (as seems likely as he wont be at KL) then there is no way that PK can be in the team and, if that is the case, I would be very disappointed. My son's favourite rider is Killer and, if Killer isn't racing at Swindon, I wonder if he will be riding anywhere in the UK. I cant believe we didn't build the side around him this year

I understand that but my point was why he is allowed to race in both with his high EL average. Surely Scott Nicholls and Bomber should be allowed too - as they have lower averages!

Getting a bit worried about Kildemand! He was the first announced rider the last two years and it's either him or Doyley now. Good to see Batch back for another year - as captain and on loan - RESULT! If I'm honest I didn't expect him back as I thought it would be PK and Doyley leading the team - fingers crossed that PK signs!

I don't understand how Doyley is still able to ride in the PL and double-up!! Surely his EL average should prevent this now?

I would have thought that there was no place for Doyle because Rosco's gone for Batch. If that's the case then I'm surprised because I thought Doyle would have been picked to give more points lower down the team. If we have gone for Batch - do we have to wait until March 1st again to hear?

I can assure you that I won't be dropping by - an incentive for moving eh Crump99? I don't think the same can be said about some panthers fans though who will still frequent the EL section!

Because they have fallen out of love with speedway - meetings were so disjointed that people found something else to do on a Thursday night. Now we are going to try and tempt them back with 2 NL riders for the same entrance money - good luck with that one. Surely it was shown this last 2 seasons in particular that speedway is a £10 sport - because crowds were generally up when at this price - obviously not in enough numbers to convince the BSPA.

Delusions of grandeur??? We were in the PL for many happy years so I think your suggestion is misplaced! As fans we expect to get what we pay for and throwing in 2 NL riders is NOT the way forward . It may save clubs a few quid but it won't bring fans back and judging by the response on here further fans will leave as they are fed up being taken as mugs! What the BSPA should have done at the AGM was to concentrate on improving the entertainment and giving value for money - they've done the opposite and will suffer as a result where it hurts - in their pockets!

Nope! What does it matter if they are local? If they are NL standard they should be in the NL and possibly doubling up in the PL - not in the EL.

Despite comments from some, it is appropriate to raise this (again). Leicester was moved pretty quickly and we know that Panthers will not be an EL team so this thread should be moved into another, more appropriate section - it's just standard housekeeping and someone is being a bit tardy here. I don't think anyone wants them to disappear completely - just into the right section. After all - Peterborough has been removed from the EL section of the BSPA website so it makes sense to be consistent (if that's a word you would use for the BSPA)
