So are you trying to say that Darcy may sign for Swindon over Poole if his hearing goes well? I don't think so! Although you usually have inside information so am not disputing what you say about Swindon being interested - just don't think Darcy would be interested given his love of all things Poole!

I don't understand why! Poole appear to be waiting on the outcome of Darcy's hearing and assuming it is a favourable outcome, will offer him a team place. - and we all know that everyone wants to ride for Poole - so why then would Swindon be interested?

Not good hearing this but I had to chuckle at how it was reported on the BSPA website "POOLE star Chris Holder has suffered a suspected broken wrist in a practice crash at the Australian Championships. ". So riders are now practicing crashing too

so please share with us all - how do you know that Swindon are struggling more than others to get a strong team together? Or have you just made it up from any misinformation posted on here? And anyone who thinks that Martin Smolinski should be considered for a second heat leader role really needs to take their medication!

Why do we need this on here when it's also on the POOLE thread? Leigh was loyal to his clubs whereas Doyley is a journeyman and goes where he can get the biggest wedge. Good luck to him but certainly not in the same league as the legend that is Leigh Leigh Leigh Adams!

I have no idea - this is speedway and the rules seem to be made up to suit. What price did Darcy go for? I think Doyley will go for a similar price - or possibly more if you rate experience and success over the potential of Darcy - who several years later still hasn't realised his potential.

He will only get better - I think he will make great progress this year.

Well he is now an SGP rider and has a high EL average so is one of the top riders around. Having said that I would be surprised if his transfer fee is anywhere near £30K.
