Well done to the Lions although there wasn't much passing all night which is disappointing. Expected it to be much closer but not likely with Judas the Pole in the team and Batch having 2 poor initial rides. -

Judas the Pole is awful - as expected (Batch not much better). Now's the time to step up a gear! -
Coventry Bees V Belle Vue Friday 26th June

Interesting that Andersen is getting a lot of flak but the return of the prodigal son, Super Scotty Nicholls, has hardly had a mention and his 2 point score. -

Coventry nearly helping BV secure 4th place. On a positive note - welcome back to Swindon Hansi -
It's hardly a surprise is it - despite your red herrings! I knew he would have to go back to Oz because he can only enter the country on a work visa if his originating location is his home country (with allowable flight changes) Who else to drop - sadly it would need to be one of Zengi or Howarth I think, put someone else in for a month, drop the necessary amounts on the remaining averages and then re-introduce the dropped rider. Because of the limitations on double-uppers I think it will be Howarth that takes a sabbatical. I'm not saying that would happen but I think it is the most likely "solution".

King's Lynn V Lakeside 25th June 19.45
Steve0 replied to Daniel Smith's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Seems like a good win for KL but with such a dire travelling team as Lakeside, any rider would look good. I still think that Porsing is the weakest link and, if you have any ambitions in winning the title in your 50th year then he needs to be replaced. Shocking from the Hammers again - the wooden spoon battle is hotting up! -
I wish the troll would just - DO ONE! Beginning to sound like the Helen witch in BB If we ignore it - it will get bored and go away as there would be no one feeding the troll!

I think you mean troll!

As much as I like Ward, I would keep the 2-5 that we have and look for an alternative (albeit weaker) option for the number 1. It is unfair on the team to make changes to accommodate Ward. All I can say is how disgusted I am with Judas the Pole and hope we never see him on these shores again. Worst signing in Swindon's history (even ahead of Nicholls ) good riddance
-
It also looks like Lakeside are serious contenders (as alluded to by Skidder in a post yesterday): http://totalswindonsport.com/2015/06/robins-face-a-battle-to-secure-ward-signature/

Special mention to Birks - he looked good tonight.

Belle Vue V Coventry Bees Monday 22nd June
Steve0 replied to mdmc82's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
For me, Bees are the team to beat this year. If they peak at the right time, they will be EL champions. All to play for for the final play off spot. Hansi is a loyal rider - he's going nowhere (although wouldn't say no to have him at Swindon but it's not going to happen) -
Well done Hammers. It's looking very tight for that 4th place now!

Musielak looking good - how was he not excluded there though. I agree with Kelvin for a change - I must be wrong
