  1. Didn't quite go to that plan last year (although it could have until they got Kylmakorpi on board). Bees were competitive and could easily have topped the league and been in the final.
  2. Batchelor Edit - I see you beat me to it.
  3. FTRs were/are on a fixed rate. It makes sense that as he is no longer an FTR that he gets the going rate for someone of his skill/experience - whatever that may be. Surely everyone wants to get paid what they believe they are worth - why should a speedway rider be any different?
  4. The draft has been unfair since its inception and KL benefitted massively in the first year with Lewis and Lewis, last year it was Poole and Coventry and this year it looks like Wolves, Leicester and Poole (thus far). The while thing was ill-conceived and poorly executed - like everything the BSPA come up with!
  5. So can you explain how Poole got to pick before Swindon?
  6. there is no way that a 5.5+ rider should be at reserve in this watered down league. Looks like BSPA back scratching to me and it stinks!
  7. Richie I can understand as he didn't ride EL last season - Howarth did!
  8. But it IS relevant!! If he has a current EL average then that's what should be used! More cr@p from the BSPA!
  9. The Chuckle Brothers as they are available Saturday nights - to me, to you...
  10. Can't see how Howarth is at reserve with an EL average from last season???
  11. Not unless he is British or has British patriality. Also he was riding at #1 in the PL so can't see even MF managing to swing it that he would be an FTR
  12. Yes but as an EU national - he has no problem entering the country and doesn't require a visa
  13. Just send him a text - that's the Poole way (apparently)
  14. What do you think? He would be as welcome as a f@rt in a lift!
  15. Possibly because he spent most of the season as a second string!
  16. I remember Mark Thorpe had a close escape with a tractor at Blunsdon - very lucky!
