  1. Three Eastbourne trained riders and another ex Eagle, just saying..
  2. Both Hailsham lads so more than likely but I know David is..
  3. David Norris is advising him.
  4. Agree, but I will be cheering for the lads with the Eagles connections, Ablitt, Foord and Hagon..
  5. For information, it was 8th July 1983, England won 65-43
  6. Legal & General do a lot of construction work, they own CALA homes and do developments such as the one I'm involved in which is a retirement complex with a nursing home, village core and cottages, if they get their hands on it they will build on it in some form. They do a lot more than insurance and finance.
  7. Eastbourne fan and only went to Hackney a few times when I was younger and not in the last few years at the track. The outstanding memory for me was going up to see Paul Woods for an England V Denmark meeting, Woodsy was a non riding reserve and didn't get an outing. What caught my eye was a certain Michael Lee, think he got 16 + 1 from 6 rides, he was unbelievable that night.
  8. Having sponsored Kyle from his Eastbourne days and through his Poole and now Plymouth time, That comment got me. Yes I shouldn't have bitten on that post but it did get me. Im sure the poster was only jesting, so no harm meant by the original post, lets move on now..
  9. No it's not, it's an accusation of cheating by both club and rider.
  10. I don't post accusations of clubs paying off riders to score Low points to throw a meeting if that's what you mean.
  11. Is it? You want to be very careful what you post on a public forum..
  12. Upto heat 8 and yes your both right, cracking meeting but can't believe the heat 4 call by the ref..
  13. Of course not, illegal
  14. I like football, I pay money to my club, Bristol City, to listen and watch the streams officially available to me helping put money into my team. I do exactly the same with the excellent service BSN provide for us, I pay my money firstly to watch and secondly to pay for the work they do for us and the sport. Shame on anybody who gets by this on the cheap when the sport needs help.
  15. Indeed, I met Pinny once at Cardiff when I was with Shazzybird but met SCB a good few times at various tracks across the UK. I was taken in by his post with only knowing a small amount about his first offence but the subsequent re offending and the full details has made me feel shocked that he had the audacity to come on here and spout off about rehabilitation. Apologises I was taken in by his recent post..
  16. Yeah I didn't know that either, changed my mind now.
  17. It is a really difficult one, what happened was completely unacceptable but should he be given another chance? If he is genuinely remorseful and wants to get his life back on tract then who are we to deny him the opportunity to do this with something he can do well and rebuild his life through it. I agree with SCB, if he did get given another chance then it would need draconian measures on everything he does. Should he be denied this opportunity to potentially rebuild his life? That's a massive question.
  18. SCB, Fair play for coming on here and saying this, I have a lot more respect for you.
