  1. I've always felt that someone better qualified than myself should write a thesis on 'enjoying sporting events'. I know from long experience that when many watch a team event of any kind that they will always have different views on the enjoyment quotient of that match. I long ago came to the conclusion that often it depends on the current mood of the spectator as much as anything else. Yes, there are matches that are poor by all standards (Finnish GP anyone?),but often quality is much more of a subjective opinion. From my point of view this match is no worse than some Danish matches I have seen, but certainly not great. But then I have nothing much else to keep me occupied until the Aces match from Birmingham in 10 minutes, so....................
  2. Mixed. Some have been excellent, one or two froze so much that they were unwatchable.(If you pick up a stream that freezes it's probably the source rather than the stream). When it is good it's very good, even without a commentary (better some would say!. You can hear the track announcements so it's easy to pick up rider changes etc. With only one camera position you sometimes miss what is happening at the back in a strung out race, but after all it is free!!
  3. Well now we know. Nicki and Moldow. (Just looked at the location of the track on GoogleEarth. Wow, it really is isolated.....even for Denmark.)
  4. Hard to believe that OneSport will hold a round of the European Championships finals at this cosy grassy stadium. EDIT: Mind you enough GP's have been held at Vojens I suppose.......but we know why that happened.
  5. http://kanalsport.dk/livestream But not started as yet (17.10 UK.)
  6. Thanks, Alan. Yesterday the Leicester match was delayed because of the sun, the Belgium football was interrupted by hailstones and the Honduras game by lightning. Not to mention Berwick. And today the streams are playing up. I'm getting paranoid!
  7. Tried via Soccer-live, says Sopcast offline. Can't get any pic on other streams either. I'll keep trying!! EDIT: Now got it on ActivePL. EDIT: Should Have been patient. Sopcast now OK.
  8. The link to the Lakeside match has just disappeared from the bet365 site. EDIT: Now re-appeared as 8pm KO.
  9. Sorry, B.Bee! Yep, and he seems to have held on to his BV kevlars. Cuts down on costs I suppose!l
  10. Looking forward to seeing how Aces asset Gjedde goes on his return to racing. Bound to be a bit rusty I should think. Weatherunderground site suggest 25% chance of rain around 7pm Danish time.
  11. The space that Ostergaard left for Hansen on the fourth bend would have called for a stewards' inquiry if it was horse racing!
  12. I dread to think about the extra damage KK is doing to that knee each time he rides.
  13. He had a decent position in the heat that had the EF ,plus a 2nd. He must be kn*ckr*d though.
  14. Phil, Good advice from others, but make sure that you download from Sopcast official site rather than any of the other sites that a Google search produces. Much safer!
  15. !! I am really surprised their mothers let them out of the house dressed like that! Anyway, goodnight all. I'm going to give that Coventry match a try on bet365 (assuming it's on, of course).
  16. Yes I was ! Sorry, just about to update my post but you beat me to it.
  17. Coventry match is OFF. Odd, as I don't think there has been any rain today.
  18. Off topic...................for UK watchers King's Lynn's match at Poole is scheduled for bet365 at 7.30. (Just hope that the quality of the stream is better than in recent attempts..................freezing and stuttering have made the last couple of streamed matches virtually unwatchable)
  19. Any Aces fans watching (and listening) will be pleased to hear that they play 'Summer of '69' at Outrup too!!
