  1. Ignore my previous post if you wish to suit your arguement....
  2. This has been the case since at least last year.
  3. Fantastic news if that report is to be believed :-)
  4. Nothing to do with either, Superstar1 posted saying 'What about Danny King then whose EL average is over 6?' - and seems to have deleted his post realising he was incorrect, leaving mine to be taken completely out of context referring to Dakota North, when it was actually in reference to Danny King.
  5. The way he was treated - give over. He got dropped to fit in both Jesper Monberg and Claus Vissing, when Claus returned from injury. Granted it seems he doesn't want to return to Somerset and Somerset don't particularly want him to return, but to say he was mistreated isn't true.
  6. He has a Premier League average achieved in 2014.
  7. That's very much his brother - however I think Charles is a completely different sort of rider and even with a 6+ average should still add to that considerably in 2015.
  8. More chance of hell freezing over I would imagine.
  9. Interesting article on the Workington website with regards Josh.
  10. I'll be really disapointted to see Charles go - him, Brady and Olly were just awesome to watch at the OTA last season and with Olly not being selected already it seems, to lose Charles would be a bitter pill to swallow on top of that. It may come to a situation where it's a toss up between Charles and Pontus. Another name to throw into the mix perhaps - Richard Hall on a 4.28 average. Would start at reserve and whilst he may offer you little away from home, he's usually pretty good value around the OTA.
  11. Maybe including BPs it was over 10, but I thought not including BPs it was just over 9?
  12. Magnus Zetterstrom... 1 season 9+ Average and 2 seasons 10+ Average, as well winning the Fours and Champions Chase during that time too.
  13. He said himself the other week he had made himself unavailable all season to his Polish team as he wanted to concentrate on Somerset, until the past few weeks when he had abit more spare time and decided to earn some extra dosh. I think this actually would of been his 3rd Polish meeting this season, and in the previous two he had top scored for them. So, it does beg the question why he hadn't made himself 'unavailable' for Sunday.
  14. My speedway season is over, as I can't make it to any of the play off matches .
  15. What makes it worse in the case of Olly Allen, is that he was interviewed the other day and said he had made himself unavailable all season in Poland so he could concentrate on Somerset until recently when he decided he could go over for a few Sundays and make some extra dosh - seen as he is being paid 5 times extra compared to what he is over there, so he said. So, to myself and no doubt other Somerset fans that now reads that earning a big pay packet in Poland is far more important than riding over here to defend your PLRC title and winning another trophy for Somerset. As I said previously, it's really disapointting after the support Olly has been given by Somerset fans this season.
  16. Majorly disapointting after what Olly Allen had said in an interview at Somerset only a couple of weeks ago.
  17. Mid week fixtures seems to have attracted large crowds this season, although that could be down to the opponents as oppose to the racenight.
  18. He didn't come across as being too optimistic about that last week.
  19. Over 2 weeks until our next home meeting then, on dates which I can't go to, effectively ending my season as of last Friday which is a shame. As someone previously said I can see this group being thrashings handed out by the home team in nearly every match.
  20. This is normally where someone will pipe up with the "He'll be on a bargain average next season" line usually....
