What an absolute farce. There should be no facility granted for Kasprzak at all for either meeting. Especially when it looks like Morris is in the form of his life too. All these years I've never quite understood why people dislike Poole and their ability to swing rules in their favour - now I know what they mean! Welcome to the top flight
-
A fine start indeed - I've seen him have a good meeting or two at Poole too so that bodes well for Friday.
-
All sounds like a matter of opinion - One says fight, another says shove, another says contact with his face and another says helmet.... Storm in a teacup no doubt.
-
I haven't seen it on this thread or on the Kings Lynn updates that Grajczonek hurt his hand by punching Wright's helmet - although I'm to admit I'm wrong if you can prove that otherwise. Until then, that is speculation so don't go branding it about like a fact if that isn't true.
-
On the score chart alone, Charles seems to have worked overtime and continuing his early season form. 5 points or more from Josh and we could of taken a point at least. Now is that 2+2 and you're making 5 or is that a fact that he punched him with his helmet on?

King's Lynn Vs Somerset 5th April Premiership
Najjer replied to SomersetBlue's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Like you say, I've practically forgot what it's like for us to score any less than 40 points away from home as that's been a massive rarity over the last couple of years. Let's hope we keep it close at least. -
The word 'banned' isn't actually used - however, the following line 'In addition, we felt that given certain tragic events which took place in America last year, it would be insensitive of us to continue using the Confederate Flag as the club logo...' would lead me to think if I wanted to wave that flag around at a speedway track, it is not to be associated with Somerset speedway. So if as the promotion has clearly stated they no longer wish to be associated with that flag and given the reputation it has amongst some people, why would someone go to a speedway track and wave it about? Seems idiotic to me.

For what it's worth, I quite like our announcing team. Not boring at all, and do exactly what it says on the tin. Thumbs up from me!

The more worrying thing would probably be how poor Kurtz and Holder looked on a track they've ridden plenty of times, Kurtz especially. He looked like he'd never seen the place before.

It happened just over a year ago
-
So the meeting isn't actually until Saturday?
-
Pathetic from Kasprzak.
-
Where is Kasprzak good Friday? Even poorer show than not being there next Friday. Much the same as Andersen!

For what it's worth I think the Poole track always throws up some great racing. I've seen some great races there on the tele and in person too so there is no denying that. How well it's prepared I can't overly comment on though but they must be doing something right nine times out of ten to produce the racing it does - It's just a shame the one time out of 10 they got it wrong was one of the biggest meetings of the season. I quite often stand on the first bend when I go and you do see the riders near enough bounce around the first turn if they aren't aggresive enough. Looking forward to my visit for Somerset on Good Friday anyway!

We have two Brits in our side already One also assumes King will replace Wolbert in the pairs next week.

Surely if Holder ends up missing meetings is no different to King missing meetings... whether it's for Ipswich or whoever. Bates' Championship side will get priority on his services once the season has begun if he doesn't have a Premiership side.
