I just think this year he will continue his decline in GP's, personal opinion obviously
-
Nooo Not KK again.... isnt this the same guy that went about 4 gp's without even picking up a point.... Years ago was a good rider but always temperamental and very inconsistent. I was worried before the meeting this was a poor challenge and now confirmed as none of the qualifiers will finish in next years top 10

GP Top 5 name the riders
psycho3a replied to Mark's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
Prediction time: 1. Sayfutdinov 2. Zmarzlik 3. Madsen 4. Woffinden 5. Laguta I think Tai needs to up his game and be more positive, watching polish racing he is quick but seems to ride mid track and doesnt look like passing.. If he gets his racing head on will be in the mix for sure. -
Just seen the line up, it in my opinion could make the GP far weaker in 2021, if Zagar, laguta and Fricke dont make top 3 then there will be some very weak riders getting a gp spot, no disrepect but can you imagine Ellis, Nicol & Wolbert in the GP .. Im sorry but as we have seen in the past in SON meetings and previous challenge qualifiers they are not at GP level.

Although the ridiculous thing is tickets are still on sale... Ive took a gamble and purchased 4, you never know i may get lucky !
-
I was looking at this today, Someone will correct me if im incorrect but the stadium capacity is 3700, im sure there will be no temporary stands being put in so my guess is the attendance will be potentially under a thousand, im guessing BSI will take a fair chunk of tickets for sponsors, each federation will be given a number of tickets allocated so what we left with 500 general admission tickets for the paying public ?? That is now a nightmare for the UK promotion and how they going to arrange this is not going to help the UK public.

Ive found lots with over 10, Justin Sedgeman 13, Simon Stead 11 , Ulrich Ostergaard 11 are just a few -
Yes, sign in and subscribe on the website, go for the sky platform, £11.99 a month no commitment option.. you can record etc as normal.. once your registered speedway is on 412 on the website under the manage account there is a cancel subscription tab when the need arises
-
But you get 9 meetings minimum in that time unless they add more meetings from that date which I'm sure they will.. why wouldnt you do it and not cancel after 28 days and take advantage of the offer ??
-
It's free on premier sports Use code SPEEDWAY2020 Cancel anytime
-
Well that confirms that then , what we all knew but bsi will now be able to make an announcement... Be interesting if they cancel or postpone and try and run as last meeting in November ??
-
Crikey, First ive heard of this... Just found the original link... im guessing he wont be riding speedway for a few years https://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/news/greater-manchester-news/man-charged-after-vulnerable-woman-18119394

I see this was announced yesterday : German metal band Rammstein have announced a new date for their huge Cardiff gig. The band were due to perform at the Principality Stadium on June 14 but recently cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic However, the band have confirmed that a new date in Cardiff has now been arranged. You'll be able to go and see them on June 16, 2021 Has anyone spoke to ticketmaster or see tickets to see when tickets will be sent, Im sure they must be aware as they wont print and send tickets ??

Warsaw GP 2022 Saturday May 14th
psycho3a replied to racers and royals's topic in Speedway Grand Prix and Speedway World Cup
6 GP's in 7 weeks in the peak holidays season surely this wont happen ?? I would have expected a cut down series to keep attendances up ? -
But on this occasion riders do not need to push , its the But on this occasion the riders do not have to push to stop it, Borders are closed, flights are grounded, countries in lock-down , no mass gatherings, HOW can speedway continue ??
-
You got a sheffield team or are all teams allocated now ??
-
Hence my original question WHY haven't the speedway authorities that run the GP'S and SON made and announcement suspending the opening few GP's & SON. Formula one has cancelled or postponed the first 7, BSB has postponed the series until further notice, World SBKS on hold..... I dont understand why there has been silence from speedway !!
-
i suspended my sky sports account online, within a few hours i see its been cancelled off this months bill with immediate effect... Well done sky
-
Have i missed something or have the GP/SON governing bodies not made any announcement at all during this time.... How can they even consider running speedway at this time or until the 1st June at the earliest... They need to make an announcement to stop uncertainty at this difficult time
-
Perhaps for this season alone we could abandon the play offs and just ride one home and one away and the KO cup. The top of the league are league champions... Back to the good old days of finishing first means your the best team !!
-
What a Signing, Nicki is Box Office, Always the pantomime villian the one everyone hates unless he is your rider.. If he comes with the appetite to win races he will be awesome... Team looking a bit like this now ?? Unsure on averages but going by rumours Nicki -8.61 Kyle - 5.72 Josh G - 7.29 Proctor - 4.43 Brady Kurtz - 7.54 Dimi or Bellego - 4.14/4.40 Broc - 4.00 The option to go with Dimi and Bellego instead of Ty is there, I just hope Todd Kurtz is not an option as the above team wins home meetings easily and should be ok on the road
-
How can the championship now ever be taken seriously when teams do not race each other an equal number of times... it's either got to be once or twice but not some 3 and some four.. absolute shambles
-
Not sure if its been discussed so apologies if so... Im all for letting teams keep the same team and a higher points limit but if you go for a winning teams points limit then each year you get riders improve averages and others stand still then year on year the points limit goes up and suddenly your over 50 points... This is fine but comes with a cost and then each year a younger rider gets less chance to come into the teams...
