Yep new there was a train but would be nearly £4 each so I can get a taxi to the stadium just as cheap and drops me off at the entrance.

Booked mine for 3 nights at ibis Salford quays £180 for the 3 nights,Always more if you want to stay in centre.Taxi last year was £9 to the stadium.
