Speedway Promoter would be great if could turn it into a app for smart phones and update it at same time.

Would be good to see Gjedde back in UK, class rider on his day and was great to watch at Belle Vue.

Totally agree they are doing a dam good job so far and i am sure the programme will improve over time once fans have their input and they improve through customer feedback ! Also well done to referee/promotion and riders for a speedy decision when the heavy rain did arrive instead of keeping fans waiting like sometimes happend in past. As for the meeting i really enjoyed it until rain put a stop to it, Woodward was a class above and was deserved winner.

Good job they got some practice in on Monday so not bad news, fans will just have to wait for next thursday

Great to see Pirtek back involved with Wosskow Brown providing new kit for track staff and also supporting the club with financial support plus promoting and marketing. Certainly a feel good factor around Sheffield Speedway right now, bring on next thursday Also great to have sudden Sam in the air fence meeting also !

It was strange watching F1 at weekend with different noise from Engines but it didn't take away from product so like in everything these days they are making an issue out of nothing.

Not saying Machin is not at fault, he had lost interest no doubt about it but Hoggy not as good as people making out and pleased the new promotion got rid as they believe Hoggy would have held them back and I don't think Hoggy will be missed at all. We move on with new people at the helm and already signs are good.

Somebody said on page 83 did Machin send Hoggy to sort me out, I never had a problem with Machin or Hoggy but when giving my opinion on this forum Hoggy decided to state if i didn't like it go somewhere else, which i am sure many would agree is not a great way to bring in business. So clearly from then on we were never going to get on and since when am i hiding under a forum name and definately not a keyboard warrior. What i do not get is people saying Hoggy did such a good job ! If he was doing such a brilliant job why have we been in serious decline for last few years and why did the decline start when Hoggy arrived on scene, it picked up a bit a few years ago but again last two years have been woeful. I would like to finish this by saying a well done to new promotion with offer to season ticket holders, now that is how you treat fans and promote ! We all have our opinions and respect them all so lets crack on with supporting a good side and be thankful we are coming to the tapes in 2014 and roll on 27th of March.

awww so sorry but like the new promotion,they found out Hoggy just likes to think he is a main player as he plays with other peoples money, they found him out and did the right thing and booted him out, And to add i am only ever grateful to Machin who put his money into this great club and now the new promotion also. Sheffield Speedway will be a much better place now for many fans who like to distance themselves from promoters instead of becoming their friend and like you above being bitter once your friend has been found out and kicked out. When you tell fans to go support another club when having a different opinion to them is not a way to run a business and i was suprised with Machin letting him get so hands on to be honest.

Hoggy is gone, goodbye at LAST !!! Great move by promotion to be honest because Hoggy would have just held us back and if he does not agree with new promotion then sorry they are not going to keep you on board. Hoggy did not have a clue on how to bring fans in right from off because if anybody disagreed with him and machin he would say naff off to Belle Vue or something, great way to run a club so well done new promotion ! Sheffield Speedway is going to be a much better place to be.

Normally fence has been fixed quite quick, it is the wait for a transfer to arrive to take a rider to hospital and get doctor available again.

How about this for an idea, meeting programme charge £2.50, on the front of the programme is a number and that will be your raffle number for evening and 50p out of programme cost goes to prize fund or 50/50 half for prize and half into rider fund for spares or just to air fence. Makes the programme quite a good thing to buy then

All people are doing is giving the new promotion ideas of what different fans like and would want, dont think anybody is having a go at them and the season ticket price is not great value but its upto people if they buy them or not. I hope they do give the club a much more professional look for sure and so far hearing all good things. So dont dig at fans for sharing ideas/wants that would make their thursday night expierience better for them,problem with Machin towards end is he refused to listen and well watch where crowds went, lets hope new promotion, fresh ideas and not afraid to interact with fans will bring a much better expierience and a better club overall.

If we are going down the programme route, i'd like to see something like they offer at Wakefield Rugby League, fits in back pocket nicely, would just have to spread the heat information over 4 pages thats all. I hate the racecard, it offers nothing except something to fill in which i don't do anyway because as long as i know main score then i can find all rider scores when announced after and then internet and speedway star.
