Ah, so you're just waiting and hoping that the rest of us pull you out of the mire. Janniro is a joke and that's all there is to it.
-
And, of course, it's not insulting to spell his name incorrectly. It's Janniro. And he is a joke and seems content with that. After all , the guy has plenty of ability, but he seems content just to faff around.
-
Sad that it's come to this. A Joke as America's national champion. Not something to be shouting about, surely?

I don't see a fixture listed tomorrow. I think you needed sopcast to view tonight.

I think the GRA only own 3-4 current speedway stadiums. -
The so-slow Lindgren did his best to block his team mate, but once Andersen got by him he was always likely to take Hampel who really rode a stupid race. Didn't he notice they were faster on the inside line?

Those were the rules over here.

A rough translation is that Gollob has told Gorzow he will say and although no contract has been signed the club believe Gollob will stick to his word just as he did a year ago. -

But it looks as if Gorzow are confident that Tomasz Gollob will remain with their club next season: http://www.sportowefakty.pl/zuzel/2008/09/...w-stali-gorzow/ -

I am resigned to speedway dying in this country. It's too far gone. The radical surgery that might save it stands as much chance of killing it. -

True, but the FIM (and pretty much all those involved with speedway's governance) would struggle with a paper aeroplane. -

Well, they had reserves for the main SWC, I'm not sure about the Under-21 version. But everyone said the Poles abused the reserve rule to win the SWC, so it was binned again. A bit silly from the FIM, who should've manipulated the rule so that you could use the reserve a set number of times (5 rides, as per the other riders) during the meeting to replace an injured or under-performing rider. However, that would open the door to teams naming mega-strong reserves and then picking and choosing when to use them. I don't understand the hold Risager has over some people, who counter every dismal performance with a reference to his age. They'll be saying "remember he's still only 29-years-old" in a few years time. He just hasn't got what it takes. Lacking in the testicle department, if you ask me. -

You really have to doff your cap to the Poles, who endured a terrible start to the meeting, finishing last in the first three heats. And they lost two of their potential high scorers to injury in recent weeks (Pawlicki and Gomolski), so to win is a superb achievement. -

I don't think those individual scores are correct, including Australia's team score, which should be 33. It's jolly close. The Poles had a terrible start, with no points after the first three heats, but now they're winning. I suspect if they'd had Pawlicki and Gomolski they'd have it in the bag by now.
