  1. Good to see that Crump can stay aboard his machine when someone passes him hard on the inside. Now, why didn't he do that in the semi-final on Saturday?
  2. Leszno versus Torun: 12-10-08 Torun versus Leszno: 19-10-08
  3. No cheated by the officials, on this occasion. Crump is a titan of world speedway and it does look as if Gollob will be just a footnote. But, as long as he doesn't end up with an ice pick in his brain, he's doing better than Trotsky. Crump is a rider I admire greatly and if you check the balance of my posts you'll see that. But it is my view that he was at fault on Saturday. Gollob's move was perfectly fair.
  4. Accept. Agree about Cardiff, Nicki P should've gone on both occasions, sorry Schumi.
  5. More constructive than you. But that's not jolly hard, is it?
  6. Still, what happened to Trotsky? Out witted by Stalin. He can't have been very good, can he? Stalin is a titan of history, Trotsky a footnote; so the terminology is as irrelevent as Trotsky himself. Nonsense. But that's really par for the course from you.
  7. Oh how very fitting from an Admin. Going to give yourself a warning for that, are you? All in all a comment that really just proves my point and shows how ill-suited you are to being an administrator. No doubt you'll soon be exercising your power or crying to Phil looking to get me banned. All rather pathetic, which rather sums you up.
  8. This would be the Tatum who originally opined that "Adams moved out and would be lucky to get away with it" after the clash with Nicki P at Cradiff only to change his mind when others voiced a differing opinion and then castigated the referee for the rest of the meeting and the next Sky meeting and the one after that and the one after that. I watched Kelvin Tatum MBE ride, he wasn't in the same league as a genius like Gollob. He was just a gate and go merchant.
  9. And yet more typical parochial Australian ignorance. Ther only people I see here agreeing with the decision are Australian-lovers, Belle Vue supporters and other assorted quarterwits.
  10. It's already been archived and here it is: http://www.itvp.pl/player.html?mode=0&...;video_id=44520
  11. I would have excluded Crump as being the primary cause of the stoppage.
  12. Talking nonsense again, I see. That was a classic Gollob move. Hells bells he does it at Bydgoszcz all the time, or didn't you see the Polish Grand Prix? It was a glorious move from Gollob, who was in complete control and hadn't just clouted the safety fence. Look at last year's final from Bydgoszcz: Nicki P stayed on. I guess perhaps he just has more skill and ability than Crump.
  13. The only one talking nonsense here is you. But anyone who has ever read one of your posts regarding Lukas Dryml knows that's just about all you're capable of.
  14. If it had been Bydgoszcz I don't think Crump would've gone down.
  15. It isn't. As for the Gollob-Crump thing, Gollob was an awful lot harder on Nicki P in the final at Bydgoszcz last season and Nicki P stayed on. I guess it's possible that Crump just hasn't the talent to handle it, but I don't believe that. He just bailed out and hoped for the best.
  16. I personally though Gollob unlucky to be excluded - he had the line into the corner and Crump bailed out and got a re-run without Gollob. Why did Gollob go for it? Well, you only get points in the final now if you finish on the podium and you've a better chance of that if you have an earlier gate pick. Still, the organisors were probably thinking that Crump would win and that it would make Germany a bit more of a contest for the title. But fate dealt them a blow. The only thing of interest in Germany now is the eighth place battle, which Bjarne Pedersen has now entered.
  17. Just out of interest, did Kelvin Tatum MBE and Millard cover their bases by apologising to anyone who understood Polish if Gollob had said any naughty Polish words?
  18. It's not unique. I recall saying he was brilliant at the SWC round in Coventry last season. I'm a fair Mongol. Actually, the global superstar hasn't been too bad in recent Grands Prix, but he's still not consequent. What I mean by the is that it still comes down to his final ride in the qualification heats and him needing points, but, more often than not, not getting them. How often does Ht 17 or 18 or 19 or 20 start with the comment "and our Scotty needs a win to stand any chance of making the semis"?
  19. I don't mind hard riding, but my abiding memory of tonight will be some really unacceptable riding on the part of Lukas Dryml in the heat against the global superstar and Kasprzak. It was unpardonable. Still, at least a brilliant ride from the global superstar denied Dryml the win.
  20. We'll see, in a few weeks time when everyone is saying Harris deserves a nomination because he missed a round.
  21. I guess it means he can claim at a later date that he'd have qualified if it wasn't for missing a round.
