I meant heat 15 my appologies

Fantastic win for the tigers..everyone put the effort in.Jacobs was lightning from the tapes and was unlucky in heat 14.Brilliant turn out by the Mildenhall fans..was easily half the crowd IMO Yes Cameron was in the 2nd half..I saw 1 race..comfortably beating hopwood and getting a time of 59.9..not bad for his 1st time there

Can anybody update on how the weather is please..Thanks in advance

How we never came away with a win i will never know..Yet again though another cracking team performance with a decent result.I would have taken 1 point before the meeting, but feel slightly disapointed that we didn't get the win, when we certainly could have.Good to see a fair few Mildenhall fans there this evening. Brundle-Superb.2 heat15's on the trot now he has pulled something out the bag Baseby-Brilliant again.Certainly suprised me so far Jacobs-Seems really down on power at the moment, needs to get it sorted,as we know what he is capable of Halsey-Solid,unlucky not to get more points Hargreaves-Impressive.So unlucky to get the ef on the last bend when a mile clear Stoneman-Gave it a go.Held Rayson off for a lap Blackbird-Unlucky not to score more.Maybe should have settled for the points he had in a couple, but i can't fault him for giving it a go

Mildenhall Fen Tigers V Dudley Heathens

What can i say? Bloody brilliant.Everything about yesterday was superb.Huge crowd, great track, close racing,a new track record and a last heat decider. If that doesn't encourage people to return then nothing ever will.Brundle's heat 15 win was awesome.Where the hell he found that gate from i will never know.Couldn't see anyone beating Roynon, who had been flying all afternoon. Good to see a large following from Dudley there yesterday.Hope you enjoyed the meeting Can't wait for the next home meeting. The Tigers are back -

I don't think they are related.Certainly a prospect for the future.I could be wrong but i think at 1 point he has been Mildenhall's mascot. -
Have i missed something?

Taken off the Mildenhall site Supporters of Mildenhall Fen Tigers will get the chance to meet the new promotion team of Chris Louis, Michael Lee and Kevin Jolly this weekend as they unveil details of the “new era” they've got planned to secure the club's long term future. The trio are hosting a Support the Tigers night at West Row on Saturday evening (5th March at 7.30pm) and they want to see as many supporters there as possible. The riders already signed for 2011 National League campaign will also be attending, and the name of the latest addition to the team will be revealed as well. Co-promoter Michael Lee said, “We want to save the announcement until Saturday night, but we are thrilled to have captured the signature of one of the brightest new talents in speedway. We are all looking forward to meeting the fans and telling them what we've got lined up for the new season. The last few weeks since we took over and got the go-ahead to race have been a whirlwind. But the excitement is starting to grow now, and things are starting to fall into place, so now we can't wait to finalise the rest of the team and get the season underway.” He continued, “Myself, Chris and Kevin have already worked long and hard to make a success of the venture and we are determined to make it work on all levels and deliver the professional set-up the club deserve. We'll also be talking about the Speedway Academy we are setting up at West Row, which from a personal point of view, is something I can't wait to get started. It would be great if we discovered a future British Number One at Mildenhall.” National League co-ordinator Peter Morrish will also be attending on Saturday keen to explain why the league originally vetoed the Fen Tigers joining the league under Steve Ribbons leadership, before the 11th hour acceptance of the Louis, Lee and Jolly promotion. “Whatever supporters think about what happened earlier this winter we could never have got off the ground again without Peter's help and belief in what we are doing, so we are delighted he's asked to come on Saturday,” said Lee. He added, “All in all it promises to be a great night. We hope the meeting will be packed for what we believe will be the start of something special for Mildenhall." Wonder who this new rider is then :s

Looking For A Team Spot... Again
adz_mft replied to danny.halsey's topic in National League Speedway
Unless Hargreaves's average is lower than it states. His average is too high unfortunately -
The 8.30 seems to have come from nowhere tbh.Even if it is double his last pl average,he should still be entitled to some sort of reduction as he hasn't ridden since 08.Hope so anyway as it doesn't leave us with a lot of choice for the final 3

Great minds think alike..Couldn't decide between Lawrence and Kirby..If Lawrence stops doing those bloody wheelies every 2 mins he would prob be in mine lol

Superb start

Myself, like a couple of others lost interest in the sport mid way through last season.Hearing this news has definately made me want to go to speedway again.I've already exchanged a few txts with PhilK regarding the team line up Something i thought i may not do again if i am honest.Having Louis and Lee on board will bring in vital experience into the team, and the link with Ipswich is cracking.Well done all involved.Looking foward to seeing some speedway for the first time since May
