  1. So many on here saying that this situation is the biggest test for the Prem CEO so far. He gave the Poles Thursdays so he can't exactly go against Buster now can he?!
  2. Nope they have priority on Thursdays now, was given away by the Premiership CEO last season. Next season they will run Extraliga 2 matches on Thursdays so I guess UK will have to run all fixtures on one day (Monday) like Sweden and Denmark do now.
  3. Why do the BSPL keep arranging fixture clashes against other events on a race night that is no longer theirs?
  4. How can Buster be sanctioned when Phil Morris gave away Thursdays to the Poles last season. It's not a priority race night for UK leagues now. UK have Mondays only.
  5. Since he won the world U21 title, Lidsey has totally stagnated and hardly progressed at all hence Leszno letting him go keeping Zengi and getting Lebedevs in for next season. He is good at BV though but the issue will be away at Leicester and Ipswich as him and Bewley struggle at both. Interesting to see how they go at Oxford.
  6. You aren't keen on Klindt due to age and injury yet suggest Wright who is older and has worse injuries.....
  7. I'm talking Extraliga, I live in Poland. Riders are not salaried.
  8. Don't worry about the tv operation, they pay next to nothing now as the latest contract was negotiated in absolute desperation by the BSPL. This is why no one wants to run on a tv night as there is no money to compensate for a small crowd which used to be the case with the old Sky deals. All pretty obvious if you take a step back and look at why someone like buster does all he can not to run on a Monday night and on tv.
  9. I'm not sure where you get your info from as it's normally incorrect but literally no riders over here are salaried, they get paid per point. What they get is a lump signing on fee that is paid before the season and is meant to be used to pay for equipment ie engines. There is no ongoing monthly salary payment as you claim. Some riders also get signing on fees in the UK but they are much smaller obviously.
  10. Therein lies a very big problem, every home match this season it has been different. Riders have no home advantage as they start with settings that worked previously that are then useless. They end up chasing them and after 8 heats normally miles behind. Not helping themselves as a club at all.
  11. Oxford are only allowed to run once per week that as specified by SIS who own the lease on the stadium as every other day is for dogs (racing or trialling) so they will not go Prem as is.
  12. If anyone is restricted with 365 etc try stsbet.co.uk. They carry exact same speedway offer that the Polish parent company have.
  13. An outsiders view - if you get the price point of the streaming right you will have a chance of attracting decent numbers. Charge double figures per meeting like those clubs do then forget it.
