No one is taking you to task at all. They are noticing things and replying on the thread. That doesn't mean they are asking for you to act. Regarding you last point, you could probably say the same for each home-made website; the creator is a fan of whatever activity, not a full time job maintaining, etc etc.. my message to anyone, and i mean anyone, including myself who has done a few sites in my time, don't create a site without planning, and realising that it either needs to be right, or prepare to be critiqued in ways you might not like. I certainly wouldn't be tolerant to anyone trying to cut corners.

It's a forum for discussion - every thread i have ever seen here has deviated at various points and gets back to it's original intention soon enough if enough people want to talk about it. As we've seen from a fair few of your created threads recently, you're talking to yourself for large swathes of them. It ain't your forum, so perhaps you should "just get with it!" as you put it. Perhaps you should also read about and understand rudeness, because it's what seems to be creeping back into your posts here. You seemed to chill out for a while, but i've noticed since before Christmas you're back to your old tricks again, trying to boss people around and slagging off the mods.

Much debate ? A couple of people pointed stuff and you've got umbrage from it. Maybe if you've got the ear of the mod she might wanna fact-check articles before uploading rather than waiting for people to find fault. The credibility of that site may come under scrutiny if old Bobby Rogers continues with that standard of work.

John, they're simply pointing the errors out, they aren't asking you to fix them. If the mod can't be bothered to keep an eye or even vet what's uploaded to their own website, maybe that's an issue for their moderator. You give the moderators here a lot of grief as if they are the worst around, it sounds like the one on that website ain't doing such a good job either. I personally wouldn't want to be posting links to a site riddled with factual errors as i would feel a tad silly poitning knowledgeable speedway fans to a site with such basic errors.

From the man who made stupid comments to someone months ago and when an insult was "thrown back" at him, got the bloke banned and whined for days about it. Maybe when someone asks a civil question, give your honest answer and just leave it as that. No need to insult someone for asking a question.

That's not exactly a fair comment there John. It must be 30 odd miles between the two tracks. Not sure that your beloved New Cross or Wimbledon would get big numbers if they had to ride in say Luton or Gravesend.. Good luck to all involved in the Lakeside cause.
