  1. Blimey, your definitions are acceptable Chunky - Gustix has allowed them... good grief. Nonsense.
  2. Are you ok in the head today ? Correct that's the thread and i've not queried that at all. It's not Would MSDL results bring more subscribers to the Star which is what you've mentioned twice at least
  3. I believe you said it shouldnt be called the national league if it was a development league if i recall correctly ? You were rightly chastised by many for your pompous comments. Also i do wish you would stop wittering on about the inclusion of results etc and the notion of it bringing/not bringing more subscribers to the Star. It's not about that.
  4. The bloke is a pillock and a troll. As usual, his angle is to hijack a thread and swerve it onto his beloved facebook groups he is in with his mate Karl Fiala - he's rude and if the shoe was on the other foot he'd be having a right old hissy fit. Keep up the good work Mimmo and best wishes to the Mrs.
  5. How you haven't been sparked out by anyone over the years astounds me. As others have said, you do Poole and yourself no favours whatsoever. All this abuse comes out of your mouth, but god forbid anyone who mentions your illness and you go off reporting people left and right. Incredible really.
  6. There is, or certainly there was when i looked a few hours ago during my night shift. It was on what looked like a pre-meeting track walk. He zooms in on a hole, then lambert runs off and gets a cone type thing and jokingly uses it as if to cordon off the hole. I'm gonna have another look now for the vid and see if its still there. Edit: Ok, he's removed it . On the original video he had some text over making some comment about rider safety or something or similar about it. Perhaps he thought better of it and removed it. Someone will have saved it somewhere i'm sure.
  7. Faked a family member's death on the Reading Forum donkeys years back. Unhinged is an understatement
  8. Fair enough, but that's the way it goes nowadays eh.. for every supporter like yourself referencing "keyboard warriors and general knobheads" etc in support of the rider, there will be plenty more snowflakes jumping to conclusions and wailing for bans. Just the way it is. Anyway. All the best.
  9. I hardly think following testing protocols is picking on someone - better to be safe than sorry if anything is "inconclusive", rather than letting someone carry on and possibly cause harm to others. If they took a slapdash approach and a rider got injured, everyone would be having kittens. Hope he can put it behind him now anyway.
  10. My team is Reading, and we only ride in one of the development leagues - am i allowed to post on here ?
  11. Odd reply to say the least. Anyway, i'm off to work.
  12. Masked swearing in one post, followed by personal abuse in the next. On a night when Poole are getting some positive feedback re the track, shame that some of the usual Poole followers seem to have only one mode of reply. Hope the overnight updates of the injuries are positive aswell.
  13. Scuse me ? Personal abuse and name calling The words "black boys in london" that i was going to use would have been reported by someone so chose to use something a little more jovial. Happy now ? I'm 42 not 80 thanks.
  14. Good grief.. i thought that was just how the whipper snappers round my way spoke. Middle aged women now too i guess.. blimey. Glad to hear the track was better - i too remember the old days when it was a cracking circuit there.
  15. Arsenal have never been infamous for tiny allocations for away fans. There was a big hoo ha with prices a few years back but all premier away tickets for everyone is fixed at £30 now. I'm an away season ticket holder and arsenal actually subsidise it further too so we only get charged £26 per game. I havent had next seasons renewal as yet but i'm sure will be the same.
  16. I think your name was in a post i made referencing the hashtag on twitter thing rather than the bullying but maybe it was mentioned by someone else.. i assume it's somewhere on the early pages of this thread. The exif data thing you refer to is quite valid as i'm familiar with it - tho a bit sad that anyone should be checking out such intricate detail unless they were actually looking to cause an issue no ?
  17. Good on you to have taken the time to put that all down, however.. i think you will get asked a few questions here. From me tho, I'm astounded that you or whoever in your whatsapp group that was grizzling about "courtesy" has got the cheek to even expect that. With respect, i presume none of you are employees of the club, so perhaps your ire should have been aimed at your club who gave them access rather than having some kind of hissy fit which has turned into all this. The posts shared on twitter tonight allude to some of your group objecting to use of photoshop which is very different to your "courtesy" issue mentioned here. If they've genuinely got a problem with something that is used in almost every sphere of photography now, then you lot might aswell stick your gear on ebay as photo editing software isn't going anywhere is it ? Whatever the case may be, none of you, whatever your back-peddling and justification , comes out of this looking very good at all and i think you've all tarnished whatever reputations you had within the sport - which is a shame.
  18. Gosh this is a weird old thread - Gavan is a pillock among many things, but it's a strange old argument to only be allowed to have an opinion on a rider if you're prepared to say it to his face. Very strange. Is it the case then if we're scared to approach a rider to tell them, we just have to zip it and not say anything, and just not bother going to speedway again ? Fwiw, it is very cathartic to tell a rider your opinion of them to their face - see my profile pic of me and kelv for instance. He took it well. Lovely bloke.
  19. I agree the Eastbourne live report thing was good.. re the #amow thing on twitter, i assume some of the chaps behind it have deleted their messages as i can only find a handful of posts from Steve Dixon (who's on here isn't he?) and Ian Charles. Quite cringeworthy i think tho and very much stinks of veterans who have had their feathers ruffled by someone who is new on the block and is perhaps using methods and contacts that they themselves have never had the chance to exploit. All very sad.
  20. Yeh and i'm pretty sure he was David Steen's and a few others aswell.
  21. And a lifelong Reading supporter and resident unless i'm very much mistaken. Even tho we're not around in same way i very much doubt he follows another team.
