Well the "mod" you contacted said to do that but still you've carried it on. You started the issue by making an offensive comment to me, yet because YOU don't think it was offensive, you wouldnt and didn't apologise. I simply replied to your repeated pm's asking for an apology. You didn't want to give one. Going on your logic, i'm quite happy with my language thanks and you interpreting it as derisive is just your view of that. See, pointless isn't it ? Yeh that's right - y'know i'm wondering if its along those lines that could be the focus of the appeal for Cook. I don't know if the rulebook goes into specifics on this or referee guidance covers this, but i can't help but wonder that if serious misconduct is noted by the ref then maybe he has to take some action these days rather than it all just be noted and dealt with further down the line. Only a guess, but Cook must have something on a technicality level up his sleeve if he's going to put himself thru the aggro of an appeal. Only a thought tho as i say..

I've been sleeping after work for the last 10 hours so i think that person is imagining things if he thinks i've been sending him pm's while i was kipping. All this hysteria from the guy about receiving pm's is so madly over the top, if you actually saw the messages, which the mods are now dealing with it, its' me telling the guy to block me or set me to ignore. He made an offensive comment to my first post and somehow things that's fine, but when i'm asking for an apology quite politely, i'm told i'm bullying them ? The snowflake generation is well and truly alive with that guy and all the talk of deleting memberships is one of the most pathetic things i've read here in a long time. The guy made silly comments based on the first part of the video and clearly never saw the rest, and probably understandably felt a bit daft having ranted on in one of his posts about punches never being thrown etc - any normal person would have taken that on the chin and said blimey yeh i'd not seen the video, apologies for saying your talking boll*cks and let's move on. But he seems either too proud or just plain rude to do that. Sending me stupid little messages telling me to cease and desist as if we're in court or something aswell, i mean seriously.. Anyway, apologies to the genuine people who had the misfortune to have to read those posts and i'll quite happily put them on hide if it's possible to do that from my end, or i'll ask the mods to deal with that. They are dealing with the situation anyway as it seems the "attack the post, not the poster" rule was a little ignored by the person pretty early on in their first reply. If anyone else wants to stick me on ignore that's totally fine, but i won't be putting up with attacks from him without replying sorry.

Digest you calling someone a bully and saying they are talking bollo*ks. Then backtracking. I actually don't quite understand why you are continuing this. I sent nothing offensive or rude so until you are prepared to apologise for what you said, i won't be fulfilling any of your requests i'm afraid. And be assured, and i mean this quite genuinely, the accusation of bullying you've made against me is unacceptable, and i'm well within my rights to report this to far higher powers than the mods.

We'll see what they class as light hearted when the mods digest this. As for the bullying allegation, i've let the mods know that there needs to be a retraction of that or i'll be taking action. Feel free to forward any appalling messages to this public forum - you're going to end up with legal action taken against you at this rate so crack on with whatever you feel you need to do. Sorry to all others caught up in this nonsense - not gonna be accused of bullying tho folks... simply not gonna let that happen.

My original post you took exception to mentioned nothing in connection with the law - it was about a speedway control bureau hearing and me simply passing comment. That's not the law. Your spelling was done in my opinion to get round the blockers that are built into this forum to stop swearing being shown. I hope you understand that the pm's are recorded so this ridiculous talk about being harassed is only going to end up with you getting a ban here i imagine.

Anyone can pm me as i don't get flustered and panicky when i get proved wrong. I simply front up and take it on the chin. You requesting me to stop sending messages via pm after you've posted something offensive about me publicly doesn't mean squat i'm afraid. I will say tho, you've copied me into a private message with a mod so i'm quite entitled to reply to that - perhaps think that thru before you do that again maybe. As i say, i'm quite happy to get an apology and move on, but you seem incapable of that which is a bit odd.

And it was unwelcome. I tried to help as you clearly were passing comment without seeing the full video and you showed attitude even at that. I've even told you how to block me but you keep replying on and on and on despite me asking simply for an apology which you could have given ages ago that would have sorted this out once and for all.
