  1. Any word on if Isle of Wight will be back in the national league next season. Chopper
  2. Good luck with it hopefully long may they continue I know Robert really enjoyed the time he spent riding for the Storm. Chopper
  3. Wow what a meeting , hopefully the builders of the new Belle Vue have the room to build a similar race track. If you didnt watch it do yourselfs a favour and get a copy. Chopper
  4. Funny that my x30 got a flogging think i watched it in about 5 minutes.LOL Chop
  5. Having been with Robert the day he broke his femur, if broken femur was the initial diagnosis the femeral artery run along that bone and they wouldn't move the injured rider until the leg was placed in a splint incase the artery was severed. In Roberts case it was near an hour before he was moved. Chopper http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Femoral_artery
  6. That's rotten news for Liam , hopefully it doesn't turn out to be the case. All the best Darrell
  7. Good effort by the young Brits, well done to them and the qualifiers. Chopper
  8. Big we'll don't to Chris Widman a real battler who has persisted and deserves his success. Chopper
  9. Riding well at the moment , hopefully as he builds up he can start to get out into the dirt more. Chopper
  10. . Certainly will be Mick Hargraves was there as he has been for the last 20 odd years I will pm you his email. As per usual the Gillman track put on an excellent meeting and your correct that runoff was worth the admission alone. Crowd looked good, I hear Undera had a record crowd so things are looking good for the solo scene in Australia. Chopper
  11. Yes they should and also the first South Australian in the meeting from sat night who is eligable or who wants to take his place ,ie Shane said he woudnt be doing it , so Budgie should have next option.
  12. Not sure about that, Agree to race for any Elite League team that selects you in the draft. Taken directly from the agreement letter. Chopper
  13. And how do you get out of shape going in a straight line, the two riders were locked together end off a racing incident, Chopper
  14. Yes can confirm that is correct they will try to put it back into place tommorow , hopefully without an operation. Cheers Chopper
  15. Sounds like another good nights racing, I see Charlie broke the track record what was the old one , Robert then had a time only .2 slower than that so credit to the track curator for producing a fast track. Chopper
  16. All irrelevant really , the decisions been made so good luck to Sarge . Chopper
  17. Exactly right decision they are both riding better at the moment although Robert was told that if there was a withdrawal he would move up into the meeting. Chopper
  18. You can't please everyone that's life, I won't get into a slanging match on here, no I won't be over there anymore as much as I've enjoyed my time over there I have had to go back to earning a living but it's all water under the bridge now and Robert will move on keep racing and hopefully realise his potential. Cheers Chopper
  19. It's fair to say Robert has had some major injuries perhaps they have held him back, whether he progresses any further remains to be seen but thanks to the Leciester supporters that gave him support. Chopper
  20. No excuses but he may have been frustrated at getting his second flat tyre for the night and costing coventry a chance of a win.I will tell him to not give a s--t next time , he cares about his team is that a crime. Chopper
  21. Not at present it isn't , might be when he gets his new average.Robert has shot himself in the foot for guesting himself although it helps Coventry . Chopper
  22. Don't be sad, I've been to many a NL meeting with my association with Robert over the past 3 years and I know where my money would be going given the choice. If you can get to Milldenhall Sunday as well, that will be a cracker. Chopper
  23. For sure mate I know he loves riding there and gets on well with the fans and promotion. Chopper
  24. Great to hear of a big crowd turning up to watch Nl racing, I'm sure in time the track will get sorted, and with a solid top 3 Kent will push most sides. Robert loves getting the call from Milldenhall and enjoyed the chance to ride the new track. Chopper
