Danielle, admittedly some of our tour members are slightly older than Colin Pratt , but that is due to the commitments of the USA Under 21 squad. But we are lucky to have Joey Holt and Dylan Black both new to the squad, along with Mikey Buman back for his 2nd tour. Its going to be a great meeting. See you there I hope.

Can you do a write up for all our meetings please Phil, such great enthusiasm. Looking forward to all our tour meetings but this one should be brilliant. Like the look of your team - should be a tough opener for us. May the 'red, white and blue' win on the night!
-
See Mr Evans, how simple was that!!! I got the complicated version of who is riding where and when!!!
-
Very sad news. My condolences to his family, friends and all who knew him. Sad news. RIP
-
Thanks for that. One other thing........... Have you ordered the weather???

Saving those for Shawn McConnell Bryn!!!

Love the sentiment Paul and really looking forward to opening your season but just one small edit please - we are the American Touring Team. We used to be the Dream team but for various reasons we needed to re-brand and are now the American Touring Team. Same quality racing can be expected but new name since last tour in October 2010. Looking forward to the tour, its all getting scarily close now!!!

Austin should be travelling with the Under 21 touring Team and Gino is finishing off school and also you have to remember that these tours are very costly and not possible for everyone every year.
-
Sounds like it. There WAS a booking which Steve cancelled with the promotion. It just seems that, for whatever reason, all the i's and t's were not dotted and crossed! Maybe next tour we can do Stoke. PLEASE
-
I am touring with the team and unless Steve is keeping another secret from me - we will NOT be at Stoke unfortunately. Stoke WAS on the cards but for various reasons we are now at Workington on the Saturday and then at Buxton on the Sunday. As for the Under 21 tour - they will not be over till around Easter, so its not them either. Sorry Stoke, no Americans that night - which is a HUGE shame as I have never been to Stoke and really wanted this fixture!

Sorry mate, at least you weren't up in Scunny when it went. I was very lucky with my turbo. Bloke came and collected car for regular service and couldn't work out why there seemed to be a police car on his tail as he put his foot on accelerator. Turns out my turbo was about to go (a month before warranty expired)!!! Thank god for Listers collecting cars, I would never have realized what it was. Anyhow back to the meeting - weather looks good so have a great time this afternoon, enjoy the sights and the smell. -

If you are the same 'Bob' that was travelling with Pirate Nick, I have one question for you. Are you home yet and how much is it going to cost! Pirate Nick messaged me to say that Bob's car had become poorly and they were waiting for a tow truck. Sorry you are missing the meeting. Not a good way to start the season. Chin up fella's at least you will have more meetings to go to. Think of us poor Cov fans. My diary is empty (at the moment)! -
Just heard tonight that you will all be guests of the Nuneaton Speedway Supporters Club on the 5th April. Must come along and ask my question - How do you think you will do against the American Touring Team this year!!!! The Americans arrive on the Monday so maybe a bit of psyching out may be in order - need to see if their jet lag has kicked in by then!!! Seriously - great idea doing the club meeting, you will be welcomed by a great group of people. Good luck

Wellesbourne To Cali would be superb. Im just waiting for Tele-porting to become a reality. I know it will happen cause its the only thing that keeps me going on those long flights - I keep telling myself this will be the last time Im having to fly for this length of time!!!
-
Wish I was there for a FIRST time!!
-
all the details here I do think the German Round (5) is the wrong date though. Thats a Monday and is out of order from the others.

I know that you are an honorable chap and if you post I tend to believe what you type. Which is why the above confuses me - are you saying that the BSPA had race suits made and then promptly sold them. And who would want them?? This doesnt make sense, but not a lot of what the BSPA does makes sense. Do you know any more about the suits that you can share? Thanks -

Screm, Im hoping that your post is slightly tongue in cheek, but given that attitude the Elite league will be reduced to 4 teams by July 1st. The bottom 4 will say - We cant win the league so were not riding anymore! Its pride and patriotism - we (fans, clubs, promoters and BSPA) need to get that back and support through thick and thin. edited : to make sense!!! -
But you didn't break the law by speeding did you Steve!!! We still have laws in this country about that sort of thing you know!!! And of course it isn't a good example to set!!!

GAry was one of the highlights of the day. Great fun to watch and I would love to know what the discussion was between him and Tony Steele. We were on your side Gary!!!! -
Greyhound - this one has me concerned as well. I may end up being a part timer this tour - my knees cant take all those gear changes and body cant cope with lack of sleep at my age! BUT - we have to go where the promoters want us and within a limited time scale.

Agreed. It isn't for the purists but the smell is good and the meeting with friends is the bestest xx. Tony really wanted the win. And Martin in 2nd place (only dropping a point to Tony) was a good result. Eddie came out a gave it his all - some good and not so good races - but had me peeking out from behind my programme at times as he seemed to be to fast, scary stuff!. And Ben, I think he was missing the shale!! Good day overall, but as Bob says - lets get the real thing moving. -

plus Ed Kennett David Howe Thomas Jorgensen Martin Smolinski Hynek Stichauer Ben Barker Jordan Frampton Due to changes in plans I'm going - good to catch up with a few people. Not always the best speedway, but I'm not expecting a GP Final! And I thought Smoli is the reigning Champ? -
