I believe everyone from this trip received a refund for the Gelsenkirchen tickets. These are additional and complimentary, thus they can do what they like and put you wherever they want. If however you wrote to them and stated you were REGISTERED disabled that MAY make a difference. Sorry Hansfan - not trying to be harsh as I think its a poor show - but I reckon thats the best you are going to get.
