Sorry to stop you guys in mid flow but I have just had a thought! (I know - dangerous) With so much fighting and bitching on the forum at the moment will the meet up at the Prince of Wales end up being a rumble?! Or could it be a great place to start re-building things and get people talking face to face and having more respect for each other once more. A little bit of the first is always fun but I hope the 2nd is the way forward.

He was there by right! Why dont we just decide the top 6 riders and put them through now. Anything can happen and it is their right to be there and compete. Ipswich dont have a chance to win the league (sorry guys if this is news to you!!) so should we right them off now and thell them to stop racing becuase their is no point!! And by the same token lets knock out the bottom 12 off the GP list and only compete with only those with a chance of winning!!

Yep, the hotel does have a bar and we had some good fun last year. And the staff are excellent. Last year I gave them a list of pizza and a wad of cash and as we left the satdium I called the hotel, who in turn called our pizza order through. And as we arrived back, so did our pizza. Brilliant staff and I think this is year 4 as well. Also a free car park which is invaluable in Cardiff!!!

No - this is our first tour of the season and the weather forecast looks superb. Only shame its a 7am flight meaning a VERY early start!!! Oh no - dont tell me your off there too CC!!!

That is one thing that at the moment I am happy not to see. If speedway is financially cash strapped then why waste money on two minutes of whoosh, bang, arhhhhhh! As Bomber stood on the podium having received his trophy the Anthem should have blasted around the whole stadium. Instead it all fell very flat and photograhers decended!

Good to meet you to Rabs, as normal. Thinking logically, I dont actually feel Poole should be blamed for the anthem. Maybe your usual presenter would have thought about it but he probably would have had to nudge the BSPA and prompt them. At the end of the day it was a Super Seven meeting and it is the responsibility of the BSPA and the Super Seven committee to organise and stage manage the event - telling Poole Speedway what THEY require. Which in a way makes it even worse as it is the BRITISH speedway Promoters Association

Congratulations to Chris on abrilliant win tonight, He looked so much sharper than he has done all season for us. Long may it continue. And mega congrats to Ed. Bloody brilliant. It was a fantastic evening and I am really pleased we went rather than stayed home wathing TV. Im sure someone has mentioned this but why NO National Anthem. Its our British Final for goodness sake - Either at the beginning or the end but not a glimmer of a beat!! Disgraceful - whether that be the fault of Sky with the presentation or Poole's error - im not sure. But terrible form But that aside - brilliant night Goodnight!!!
