Certainly isnt the Bees management. What I find interesting is that they have made their decision but is it a good decision for ALL fans. Maybe there are fans that rely on this transport and dont want to get involved with the politics but just want to go to the meeting. Not sure of his involvement but I believe Colincooke is very much involved and obviously has a personal axe to grind. Its just a shame others have been caught up in it as well!

If I remember correctly Scott was named as Captain when the squad was announced. So maybe its now up to Scott to show his true British Colours. He doesnt need to ride to captain the team, just be there and support the boys and Rob. I really hope he is there with the squad along with all he other riders named!!!! Everyone has written us off before we even turn up - I just hope the team are reading this - it may just spur them on!!!

Normally it is lovely. But they did have a major fault and were waiting on a 'part'!! I know Alan (duty manager) was saying that if it wasnt fixed early in the week he feared major cancellations. But they have ayear to sort it or at least to tell us to bring some fans!!!!!!

Those 5 ENGLISH riders were there representing GREAT BRITAIN! Just because they all happen to be born this side of Hadrians Wall is irelevant. If there was a Scot, Welsh or Irish man good enough then they would take their place representing GB I am a Coventry fan but I dont blindly defend him. As Ben was in our hotel we spent a lot of time chatting to him and in some of those chats I found the really nice Ben Barker and I really enjoyed being in his company. But in others I found his attitude very 'ladish' and the discussions not very pleseant at all. But Im mature enough to see past that and accept it as bravado but I most definately prefer the pleasant Ben. As for Ben being the instigator of all things evil at Cardiff I really feel people have taken it out of context. Many stories were coming back on the Friday and Saturday nights about riders having brawls in the wee small hours but I dont see those being mentioned. And NO I have no intention of naming anyone. As for his injury, a broken leg (mended but not race fit) does not mean you have to stay home. I was actually concerned for him as he got out of the cab one evening as he really struggled but I guess its muscle damage still and once he straigtened his leg and got walking then his stride became easier. But Ben does not really need defending on his injury as it is not really a relevant discussion. And finally Ben - I wont be there on Friday so you wont be able to argue this post with me!!!!

Argh - just replied to loads of quotes but lost it. Summary - Ben Barker isnt innocent but he certainly wasn't as bad as everyone makes out. One day though he will also be a 'has-been' or maybe Bird, he will just be another 'never made-it!!!' Seb was there Bird - I dragged him back for Pizza!! Alcohol - I am normally duty driver but Cardiff weekend - the car is parked and I enjoy a tipple or two. So Im happy that there was beer in the stadium. As for the wet clothing and programmes (sorry to those it happened too) but surely pints of lemonade and coke would have made them just as wet! other bits I may remember later! Edit - Horse - will you be putting some photos on facebook - I havent seen it yet!!!!

and dont forget he is also responsible for Scotts poor form this season!!!!
