Having done a 'rider-appeal' scale this is how I will be supporting Swindon Robins - got 12 out of 20 Oxford Cheetahs got 10 out of 20 (No JC and no PUK otherwise they would have been on a 13!) Cradley Heathens got 6 out of 20 Reading Racers got 4 out of 20 So - GO ROBINS -

If you follow your sat nav to Chez Feltham, thats all you need worry about!!!! The rest is up to us Adder - There wasnt! I know that you didnt have a sign until you got up and off the 419. The way I remember it is - when you see the old road off to the left take the next exit!!!! And follow the signs from there! But as far as 21st is concerned he can leave his push bike here and I will drive from my place. He has to go past the front door almost! (A429) -

Think you mean the controversial ones!! But not sure how many will be there, as the two main protagonists - SCB & SB will be at Somerset. We wont be at Somerset now but still undecided about Friday and will probably only decide Thursday night / Friday morning! So PirateAndi - it looks like Gemini will need to keep you company on bend 4!! -
Hi speedcazy Pricy yes but Im sure they organisers wont think of it as a borefest especially if Jason Crump lifts the world title at the meeting!!! And it wasnt on the front page but we had already been chatting about it - here I'll be there - I saved my pennies and lucky they made some pounds for me. Which I then changed to Euros!!!!

OMG - I know you are joking really which i why I am picking on you!!! The way we are going the only commentator or experts allowed will all need to speak the 'Posh' Queens English only. For goodness sake - people have accents from all over the world. Maybe we should stick a Pole or Swede in the commentary and see what happens then!!! -

LOL but if someone could please ask him what was on that bit of paper he tried to hold up for the camera I would love to know. Hopefully a message to his girlfriend apologising for taking more interest in the Yellow start girl than maybe he should have done!! -

Ignoring your first paragraph I will move on to Simons EF - That someone was his dad and he had actually run off quite a while before (I watched) but obviously struggled to find what he needed. What got me was no one else went out with a bike - it is a testimonial after all or, no discrection was used and that he wasnt given more time. I reckon thats what Trevor was hoping for but he must have know the 2 minutes was well over, hence the 'stroll' back. -

Arh - that late bid. The bidding was between two individuals and the 2nd bidder kept waiting for the 'Going 3 times' before bidding. It may add to the excitement but its difficult to watch and identify for amateur auctioneers. Never going to please everyone but there you have it! -

Beeone- I put the good prices down to the person stood on the chair promoting them!!!! Seriously - a good afternoon all around, some super racing on a sunny afternoon. Sad news about Tai, you never want that to happen at any time, but especially a testimonial when its all about having fun. I have a photo of Tai sat in back of the ambulance (van) and he looked really sad. I said I would only add it to my facebook piccies if he was okay. I guess I should delete it now!! Pleased for Crumpie - the Aussies needed to win something today, didnt they!!! And the Auction - silly money was spent today and that was superb for Olly. Crumpies jacket for £300+ . Im sure someone else can add to this with other amounts. Overall, a good afternoon for us fans in the sunshine and hopefully a very successful and fun day for Olly. Thanks mate for a brilliant day. -

So IF and it is a VERY BIG IF, Chris (or Scott ) make it through to the semis and possible final will they stay with it. The tennis will only just be starting and it wont be the crucial sets, so maybe?! -

I doubt Sky will cover - they havent any other year! And as you say - last year the stadium was empty. The ZG fans were not prepared to pay the over inflated prices (or couldnt pay) but I guess they think us Brits are stupid enough to pay out!!! HHmm - we shall see!!!!! -

It may be local but I think we will be heading south to Lemo's testimonial as the GP line up doesnt appeal that much. -

That is a real shame but understandable. Nikki and I had our day all planned (having booked leave accordingly) - trip down to see various family members and then pot noodle tea just around the corner from the stadium. Oh and a trip to the Outlet Mall was in there somewhere!! So - family still on, no pot noodle, no speedway BUT more time at the Mall!! Oh well - these things happen but a huge shame for Swindon and the time and effort it has already put in. -
Tractor girl - No. They choose your location but Im in row 2 so I think I'll be reasonably happy. West Ham - It took about 48hours and came via DHL. Very very quick.

GP tickets arrived today. Yes you do have to register with the ticket website but its easy to navigate. We purchased 4 tickets in the main stand and it has appeared on my credit card statement today and worked out at £55 each. I had expected £61 so the exchange rate was on my side. Hotel in Udine is booked but after having nearly messed things up I was looking around at other options and many hotels (above 3*) appear to be booked up already. Was planning a trip to Venice on arrival (Thursday) but not sure how to organise this yet(suitcases in hand and a car at the airport!) - but we may just go straight to Udine and chill in the outdoor and indoor swimming pools and enjoy the health and fitness suite!!! Or simply hit the bar!!! Only thing to do now is book the car!!! Is it nearly September yet!!!!!
