I have just received an e mail asking me to confirm a Torun hotel booking - but its not the hotel we are booked into. I have 2 seats available in a hire car from Gdansk to Torun on the Friday morning (Ryanair stansted flight) and then Torun to Poznan on the Sunday (4pm flight out) Not a big car so limited luggage space! but do you need to show your ticket or is it open. We don't pick up our tickets till the Saturday lunch time.

When I bought my seats I only wanted 2 but where I chose it was 3 or nothing. Reason being that they didn't want to be left with 1 ticket in a whole section. So I bought all 3 based on the hope that I could sell the third one on. Well not only did I sell it on but I did so to a friend and someone we will be able to have a good laugh with. Problem is, I could only charge her face value, whereas I was looking forward to adding a heavy premium to it! Just spoken from someone from Torun and she has said all pubs will show it - just ask them to turn it on.

We stayed on the edge of Udine and it is a nice town and well worth walking around but once you have done it that's it. On the Friday we went for a 'drive' into Austria - just because we could! Scenery was beautiful Then on the Saturday we met up with a friend who knew her way around and she whisked us of to a beach and it was a lovely build up to the evening GP. If i was in the Country (either Uk or Italy!!) I would most definitely be heading over to this GP, we had a cracking time last year, but unfortunately we will be away elsewhere.

well there you go. Wet on Wednesday A small shower on Thursday (wet overnight though) Friday - dry and warm Saturday, woke up to rain but by the time we left the hotel, warm and getting warmer. Brilliant weather.

I concur - I think you are correct. And as for the food and drink argument - rip off I agree but I think it says on the ticket - only food and drink purchased on site can be consumed. So, you knew about it before you arrive. Still doesn't stop me trying also. Dont agree but they cover their 'ar*ses'.
