What a joke the BSPA are! They make the rules, simply make the change and bring it forward confirming new officials ! They don't want any outside influence so should be easy. All this rubbish about canf confirm a new chairman until early November, who brought that rule in the BSPA! So they can change it and bring it forward. We won't see any signings until November as the clubs will be worried the rules will change.

THJ average would have been too hight to replace Kacper this year.

That is a bad way of running it as your plucking an average from the sky. Years gone by 4.50 or 5.00 was simple to follow, although some riders were on a bargain average then.

Looking at the criteria for averages Dudek having missed the past 18 months matches Musielak from last year so would be a 6.50 rider.

He has to be 6.50 or 7.00 surely.
