Would be very stupid to turn down a 1 year deal down, even if the money is poor. Except offer then immediately start making plans for 2019 and other options, an internal channel from BSPA or speak to other broadcasters. Get the rules sorted early and get out there and sell the product, don't get to next November and do nothing and be in the same boat which is the norm with people running UK speedway. Things don't just fall into your lap you have to go and work for it! Get all clubs to put on a real show come to agreement for both sides where stadiums are packed, make the product look good and then use that to sell to other broadcasters. Use BT and then somehow get a bidding war if you can get a second company interested in the product.

If he isn't at Poole then I can see someone having to have to pay a nice transfer fee, which clubs have the money though? He is on a bargain average so I'm sure Matt will do all he can to keep him. That is the issue! Jack has a real attitude and needs to realise he isn't gods gift to speedway just because his brother was a world champ. His mouth has cost him a Poole contract next year!

If neither want to ride for Poole then yes I would sell them on and bring riders in who do want to be at Poole.

Would wonder where Somerset get there money from if they can get all 4 of those riders, as the won't come cheap!

Steve is right there is no money in this country and the riders being mentioned will cost a small fortune, somthing clubs simply can't afford. Some 5-6 point riders are asking absolutely ridiculous wage demands. Expectations need to be lowered sadly.

Think 2+2 and getting 5 with Wozniak regarding Poole sadly.

2 new signings....could be riders who have rode for the club before or new to the pirates ship. As usual every year expect a surprise signing from Matt 👍🏻

I agree to a degree but it also need to be a level playing field! No point smashing teams away by 15-20 points as the following week no one will turn up at that track! Needs to be a decent share of top riders. Matt also isn't made of money and certainly isn't the best paying promoter, what Poole can offer though is good sponsorship with loyal club sponsors over the years.

I do think re-assessing all would open a can of worms, all new riders coming in now will have new averages plus any full time GP riders. Otherwise how would it be calculated exactly based on Sweden and Poland?

So with the 3 clubs rule being dropped by the Poles finally, Could mean we will see a former pirate return to UK racing.

Agree I would like to actually read my clubs comments and not constant childish antics!

Simple ban the people who offended and block any new members for a month to stop them coming back under a different name!
