You miss the point edr riders from the past three seasons should move up and be replaced by lesser riders to give them a chance .If a rider has not improved after three seasons in the edr they should move aside to let someone else have ago you can't be a edr all your career surely

Get rid of the asset system so teams don't have to wait on the few to start there team building free for all
