We have riders, but I don't think KNMV will send riders to Finland. There is also a round of the Dutch Grass Track championship scheduled on the same day. We tried to switch with one of the Nations in Nagyhalasz, but unsuccessfully for as far as I know.

Only speedway. 2-3 events per year. I’m still quite surprised that this new build track is all funded by the local municipality Part of a bigger renewal of their local sporting-complex though, but still.

Yes that's right. They are building a new track on the opposite of the current track. Should be in a shape like Vojens, so much rounder then the current track. They will have a opening with practice at the first weekend of june. Dutch Championship schedules for the first weekend of july with the traditional golden helmet at the end of september.

In the paddock not everyone knew this. Scoreboard also showed different order of results.

The reason of the delay was that not everyone was aware of the ranking number rule in this unique situation.

It was decided by the lowest FIM allocated SGP ranking number. 4. Lindgren 12. Holder 13. Fricke
