Realistically there are lots of riders that would like to take part in the NI or any other form of competition.
Costs are part of the reason that this doesn't happen plus the reluctance of some promoters.
Don't forget,there are more amateur riders in the UK than there will ever be professionals.
Ok we would all love there to be genuine competition from British riders,but lets face up to it there are none at the moment.

The SACU gives awards out to the speedway community at the end of the year. Why it can't go the whole hog and issue licences etc i don't understand.
Maybe now talks should take place to allow Scotland the chance to compete in the world arena.

Tom rides in the Veteran longtrack championship and i believe he may be ontrack at Scunny in the New Year.

Looks like the lads are getting the run around. Get wise organisers these guys are out of pocket to go to these events.
Why can't you get organised and provide cover for costs incurred for the youngsters. Lets not forget,they are the future.
Or,does nobody care?
