  1. Richie Worrall was still British the last time I looked!!
  2. Maybe because no one knows where Paul is? We know where POOLE is though!!
  3. Heard a rumour the reason Matt Ford won’t run the meeting is because he can’t charge £20 admission!!!!!
  4. Totally peed off with the Poole promotion constantly tell us they can’t find any riders to sign as either injury replacements or permanent replacements, yet 5 of the other Premiership teams have had no trouble finding riders, some of them have made changes 2 or 3 times....It really is total and utter BS from Poole as always. Also, why can they not say what injuries a rider has sustained??....They were still telling us that Worrall and Covatti were still awaiting the result of scans two or three days after it was posted on social media that Worrall had broken his ankle and Covatti had broken ribs!!!! We were only informed in yesterday’s (Tuesday) Echo that Kurtz had a head injury, ONE WHOLE WEEK after his crash in Sweden.....It really is pathetic how they treat the supporters.......
  5. Could you tell us where exactly this photo/video is on Craig’s instagram page as the only photo I can see at Poole tonight is Craig leading Sam Masters.....There is certainly NO PICTURE OR VIDEO of a “HUGE HOLE” on bend 3!!!!!!!
  6. As Skidder and Stevebrum have said, Masters rode for Poole in 2012 when he shared a double up position with Ludvig Lindgren
  7. Let’s see how Poole do at Foxhall with their FULL 1-7.....Then we can see how good or bad they go there!!
  8. Or maybe not....Maybe it’ll be level on points with 3 matches in hand
  9. The Chris Harris collection was not organised by Matt Ford or Poole Speedway, it was done by a supporter off their own back.
  10. .....and the Pirates are just 3 points behind......but have 3 matches in hand
  11. Have to say it again.....Wrong!!...There was a need to carry on as it was the second match in a double header with Eastbourne, which the Pirates won 50 - 43, To draw level with Belle Vue on points at the bottom of the table. A win against the Witches would put Belle Vue into the relegation/promotion play off against Edinburgh.....as it happened Poole narrowly finished above Belle Vue on race points and Belle Vue went on to win the relegation/promotion play off. So there was certainly something riding on the result and a Poole win!!
  12. The reason it’s nearly 10 years ago is because that is the last time, until Thursday of this week, that I recall Poole calling off a meeting due to a curfew.
  13. Just to use this match as a reference as you said the last decade or so Poole have called meetings off to suit them... Poole v Ipswich September 10th 2009:- Poole 35 - Ipswich 37 .... Meeting abandoned after 12 heats due to 10pm curfew.
  14. Don’t know, but he might be asking £10 for the promotional “stockings”....
  15. Let’s hope Brady Kurtz scores better than he did in Sweden on Thursday (0,0,ex/t,0).
  16. As I said.....Good move bringing the Track Record Holder in as a guest.....And wins the meeting for the Robins to boot
  17. Makes sense to bring the Swindon track record holder in as a guest
  18. Yep .... That’s him. In case you don’t know....I have re-done the line ups on page 2 (you need to scroll down the page a little to find it) of Confirmed line ups 2019...All teams and riders have the correct starting averages courtesy of the BSPA Web site
  19. Current league table looks good (early days yet I know). Robins look the strongest team, as they are currently holding everyone else up at the bottom.....
  20. If Wolverhampton don’t keep Nicholls, Poole should jump in quick, he’s on fire at the moment. And to think no Premiership team even went in for him in the close season
