Bates and Sargent will be some of the strongest at reserve. Need Garrity and the Bjerres to realise their potential. King will maintain his average. Kerr is a very underated rider. Would have liked him at Wolves.
-
Assuming Fred, Jacob, Sam and Max are retained... Tobiasz, Nicolai and Ash Morris all have unfinished business. However, if we can secure a decent 2pter - we could go for Proctor over Klindt.
-
Maybe with KK out of the GPs - hes considered a better signing due to less fixture clashes!
-
1.Lindgren 2.Museilak 3.Thorsell 4.Kerr 5.Masters 6.Clegg 7.Morris Would this fit?
-
Kurtz / Newman Holder / Ellis Zagar / Cook Thorsell / Masters AJ / Kennett
-
Ellis is one of the best young British riders. Howarh & Garrity are in the same boat but both are wanted by their teams. Sometimes supporting your tried and tested rider rather than going for the bigger name plays dividens.
-
To encourage 2nd division teams to sign British youngsters?
-
Anyone know Pontus Aspregens last average? Theres also Victor Paalava(sp) on 5.80
-
A lot more than a team who wins but havent paid for it!?
-
Do Somerset own Masters?
-
Freddie Jacob Sam Kyle Nicolai Clegg Arthur Sissis Anyone know if this would fit? Harris Jacob Sam Kyle Musielak Clegg Sissis Or this?

Imo they will have to come in on their starting average which is set by the BSPA for all riders in January. As teams will race 4h 4a at different times, the limit should drop once all have achieved that. Maybe put a deadline of June 15th or something. Or even 3h 3a for all. Then allow a window for changes up until 31st July.

As the top team will cost 4 times as much and be missing most Saturdays - I really hope no team try that kind of line up!
-
I hope there is a 2 Brit per team rule, with one having to start at reserve (has to be number 6 or 7 in the averages.) Otherwise we are not weakening the EL for any reason. We need new riders, preferably British in order for the sport to thrive.
-
Swap Hansen for Ludde and Williamson for Clegg and you may be right. Has it been confirmed if there will be any doubling up?
-
His presence lifted the team during the last 4 home meetings but his scores were simular to what he achieved in 2014. He fell off a few times too. Missed a few heat 15s. Hes an anomally in the fact that he rides better abroad than in Britain. No lack of effort this time though. Anyway, 2017.... Masters, Thorsell, Howarth and Clegg will hopefully all return as they all have reallistic improvement in their averages, provide entertainment and want to ride for Wolves. Depending on the league format, will decphier the other 3. Selfishly we want Freddie, Bomber and Ashley Morris but If the leagues merge, I suspect we will have to chose between two of Freddie, Bomber, Masters and Thorsell.

Howarth wasnt great at BV but he put in some real strong performances leading up the final. Id hope he could be fitted in at number 2.
-
There is a guy on here who works out riders true worth by the strength of the rider he beat or lost to. Would be good to see his list and maybe grade riders from that list?
-
Dudek and Vaculik not riding extraleague then?
-
Ash and Max are improving and are our assets. Would be good to see all teams using under 21 riders

Come on yeee Wolves!!!! -
Fred, Most fans will prebook this meeting, so £20 is the entrance fee. Nothing wrong with £20 for final/top meeting. Nice to see you are scouring the Wolves Facebook page. Fantastic performance tonight following on from last weeks famous win. Dont want to get carried away but its lookig good right now!

The Pzms New Two Team Rule.
superguest replied to Steve Shovlar's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
Maybe the rider will ride for less money if he is not able to commit to the contact in full or his contract (money) will not be met by his employer come the end of the season. Possibily this ruling is to ensure riders aren't able to demand huge signing on fees? However, individual teams will want the best riders so will do whatever it takes to ensure they sign the best regardless - so the riders are still going to be in the driving seat IMO -
Not used covers previously and theres been little PR for the meeting so Id suspect an alternative race night is being looked at. Wednesday is our off race night but its been many years since weve needed to use it. Since Cradley are at home on tuesday, Wednesday or next Monday look the only options. Time will tell. Sure SKY will have a lot of say. Theres no need to forfeit the meeting, still a month of the season :-)
