JC! replied to robert72's topic in Speedway News and Discussions
Are you Darren Fletcher of BT Sport who Tai went suit shopping with today or is that a coincidence? -

I don't understand what point you are trying to make here, do you think Doris the Tea Lady should be licensed? Is health and safety your concern? -
Should Tai Woffinden Ride For Team Gb ?

Whilst I am not in agreement with Robert72, I think it's pretty poor for others to be putting up his name and DOB on a public forum if they don't have permission. -

Perhaps you should re-read the post you quoted. My only point was that he doesn't always help himself. -

I see Wuffy 'liked' a tweet made by Sam Masters that said '3 Aussies in the final' during yesterday's GP. Doesn't always help himself. -
A sad day. RIP

If not he could always ask Martin Ashby to step in for him.

Oh dear, maybe it's time to cut your losses. The manufacturer is good with Chris, Chris is good with the manufacturer and yet you persist. Apologise and put it down to experience - you clearly have no evidence as you stated you had above. That is the only point people are making yet its the only one you won't address.
-
`Backtracking has turned into moonwalking now! You have the evidence of the discussion Phil, you said so above....
-
You said he let them down, and asked for cash to ride it at Cardiff and that you had evidence. If that's not the case then just apologise for saying you have evidence when you don't. Chris clearly feels slighted - he put out a statement!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
The point is you said that Bomber wanted an inducement to ride GTR, and that it was unlikely he would be used by GTR again as he had let them down, so let's not miss that point as you have the evidence....
-
I have always found Bomber to be very straightforward and honest, I struggle to believe that he would put out a false statement.
-
As I put on other thread where this was posted; I assume you have evidence for these comments levelled against Harris....

Crazy Sue And Her Gang Of Updaters And Texters

I think that was just a joke! Well done Sue and all the others, a great job. -
A top professional, and has picked a good time to go. Well done

Totally respect your opinion, but for me, Hubbard was Mr Rye House when he was number 1 in the late 70's, and would be a must. Cox was, to put it quite simply, considerably better than King (particularly looking at '83), and, in fact, in that '83 season was probably among the very best Rockets ever. Can't ever remember Robson at 7, but I totally agree you could easily make an argument for him over King, Sundstrom or Kennett.
-
My goodness it just doesn't look like a Rye team without Luke Bowen at 6! Seriously, take out Robson for Ted Hubbard and King for Marvyn Cox and this is about right.

Worrying Rye House Rumours
JC! replied to Dave Stummings's topic in SGB Championship League Speedway
Agree broadly Mimmo apart from your saying they deserve the fans to stick with them. I think the opposite, although the fans need to back the club to have any chance of preserving it, I think the promotion have done precious little to 'deserve' loyalty recently. In fact, I feel they are utterly out of touch and more and more frequently treat their customers with contempt.
