I'm not trying to stick up for Steve Shovlar here, however, Tony rickardsson did ride for Poole Steve's local team, fine he had to leave Poole, however, that doesn't mean as soon as a rider stops riding for the team you support, you stop supporting them, does it? Tony Rickardsson is a good rider, why stop supporting him because of that?

Was a great meeting, and haha at Crump, full throttle, how did Crumpy do again? Only got to meet people I've already met but I saw Steve Shovlar (ginger hair, Poole fan, camera...) and also SCB (the 'I was wrong' Tshirt gave that away a bit!) but was kinda busy sorting soemthing out. Anyway, own up, who said they thought I was a lad?

Message to hazzman, yeah, as kirsty said, we're getting there at midday because then you have a few hours to wander around, get souvenirs, have a drink see the city, meet up with people, etc. Plus that's just the time the bus leaves the stadium, anyone else going on the BOSS coaches from Brandon are going at the same time.

We'll look out for a tall bloke in a Southampton shirt, we vowed to attack Poole fans and Wolverhampton fans with our bamboo sticks (they arent entirely random, they're actually for flags!) lol nah, I might say hello if I see you..

We'll be there too as I said on the GP forum. Can't wait! Only one day left!! :-D We're getting the bus from Brandon at 8.30am and should be getting there around midday. Really can't wait, we went last year and it was so amazing!!

Good good, like to see good weather! It was excellent last year and don't want the day to be spoilt by rain!

wow, the things some people get upto at GPs We're hopefully going to Cardiff and Prague *crossed fingers* should be good because Cardiff was amazing last year and I've never been overseas for anything speedwayish, never been to Prague either for anything.

Hmm... well here's the thing, everybody is always saying "we need more promotion to get the sport going". It's all fine getting friends to go along but that doesn't really work in the long run, as such. If anybody has ever heard of street teams, where people join up and promote a music band online with pictures etc. What if there was something similar for speedway? Posting on forums, trying to get people interested, without spamming the net obviously. Just an idea that's been on my mind for a while, thought I should let you all in on it What do you think?
