  1. I've messaged a few of the old crowd who were on it before to let them know, and joined myself. Looking forward to some good discussions again. Notice I say discussions and not arguments !! Lol. One thing I do want to say though is another possibility that needs to be put forward about the closure of the old forum.....it could have been because the admin guys who ran it and moderated it where necessary ( and I believe there was originally just two fans who ran it ) may have come to the position in their lives whereby they could no longer spare the time. We all get to that at some time in our lives. It's worth thinking about and now the new one is up and running, it's probably best to leave the past in the past and move forward. See you all on the new forum. Not worth having an 'Ackney Sqwarks section mate......it won't carry that many posts !!! Lol
  2. Surely it will be AJ, Pedersen, Nilsson, Swiderski, (either Kennett or Lawson) then Mear and Kerr ???
  3. Steve mate....get real....supposition doesn't work in law....you need factual evidence to even take anything into consideration, without that it would be inadmissable in any hearing no mater how small or big that hearing is within any judicial system.
  4. ....and who was that person going nuts in the pits when the silencer was confiscated ?????
  5. Strange that Mr. King was on site where on Saturday evening ??????
  6. Especially considering that the 't1t for tat' counter protest against three Lakeside riders silencers has cost them their £500 payment to lodge the protest now that the Hammers riders have been exonerated !!! Will that be paid by Sadhu, Pratt, Rosco or petty cash I wonder ???
  7. As if Lakeside would want to associate themselves with him and as if he would want to ride for the Hammers given what he allegedly tried to do last night ???? Can't really see the point of your post little Un !!!!!
  8. If that were the situation then surely the case isn't proven until Mr. King has COMPLETED his findings, in which case even Coventry wouldn't have put out the statement that they have.
  9. Respect to you and anyone who agrees with this. I hope this will also act as a lesson to any other riders who might be doing something along these lines or thinking about it !!!! I doubt any sport is squeaky claen, but lets at least try to keep our sport as claen as possible. More stringent checks may now bw the order of the day.
  10. A wee bit naughty to call for his head on a plate unless Rosco can't get a replacement then it's okay for him to stay and he'll be forgiven !!!!! I am not going to play hangman but those who are then he's either sacked or not. It shouldn't be down to only if a suitable replacement can be found !!!!
  11. I take it you mean Coventry should refund your admission fee rather than Lakeside who had done nothing wrong last night ????
  12. So looking at the two EL teams riding tonight, it appears that this Test Match was cancelled because Ben Barker, Danny King and Eddie Kennett would not be available. A sad indictment for Team GB that these three could not be replaced adequately in order to have 3 Test matches. Obviously I don't know all the facts, so it could be that some other Team GB riders would not be available or maybe even bothered to be in the UK to ride tonight...another sad indictment of Team GB !!!! And to think we fans have been calling for the return of Test matches for some time now. We don't have enough Brit lads to make up a squad that can be used over just three meetings !!!
  13. As the originator of this thread I did actually put that the source was from the official BSPA website.....it's on the first line...and it was there that it was officially stated that fixture clashes and rider unavailability were the reason.
  14. Well if the GRA had anything to do with it why do the Swindon management team, via the BSPA website, cite fixture clashes and the subsequent unavailability of riders as THE reason for the call off....doesn't anyone in speedway tell the damn truth anymore ??? We get told riders are injured and the very next day they ride elsewhere, we get told all sorts of things and then the facts come out completely the opposite via the internet....do they take all speedway fans for gullable idiots now ????? They make a big thing of annoncing these sort of meetings, with special price tickets for going to all 3 meetings, then at the speed of light cancel one of them.....I wonder if the other 2 tests will make it through the night !!!
