  1. The wording is "come to light" not documents found. This actually confirms ISGs culpability in all this as even IF they had told Belle Vue that other material was being used they still should not have used it until clearing it with their "employers" MCC. It's been established that Belle Vues right to interfere in construction matters was nil. ISG might as well of told Alan from the chippy for all the good it would have done in following procedures and gain clearance. At least the council now along with Belle Vue are pointing the finger at the guilty party so finally it's hoped we can move on to sorting the compensation out. The only way the above is not what the council mean is if they think DG/CM drove the diggers themselves under the cover of darkness. Stupid as it sounds there will be some on here that think that's the case. Lol.
  2. "£350,000 rent to be paid from the operator." "The Council has a claim for £224,000 in respect of unpaid rent." "£126,000 has been incurred in legal and consultancy fees associated with the remediation of the track and subsequent legal claims." "There were no costs to the City Council in respect of remedying the defects."
  3. At least now the NDA put in place by MCC on the Arup track report can be lifted. It showed MCC and ISG in a bad light but now that it's been pointed out it was all Belle Vues fault there is no reason for it to remain secret. Is there?
  4. MCC say they didn't know the £500k of funding from the original investors had been replaced by £600k from new investors in October 2015. They didn't know because Belle Vue didn't tell them -until October 2016. MCC must have known as they cannot have been that disinterested about something that now appears crucial. To be berated for not taking out a loan is unjustifiable unless the terms of the loan are made available. Would you take kindly to being thought a financial fool if you didn't take out a Wonga loan for example? To come up with their excuse about the track after all this time with all their resources shows how desperate MCC truly are. "It wasn't me Gov, honest."
  5. As we thought it's slowly coming out. This new info unearthed by the M.E.N. is very damming. Had the council come clean about the nappies etc then the Aces promotion could have just delayed things instead of labouring to fix the problem believing it was a normal speedway issue with the shale. It would have saved the fans a lot of heartache. Having fixed the problem and run a successful test they never imagined a sub base issue would scupper their plans and to now find out the perpetrators knew,is astounding. While it looks like DG and all will get their £700k it's just a great shame that money isn't within the speedway family. I'm not sure what it would take from the powers that be and us fans to get them back involved. We need them now more than ever as someone who could steer a working committee to get tracks built or re opened would be a godsend right now and that's something we can all agree on.
  6. I think your getting Buster mixed up with David Helmsley. You silly billy.
  7. In the EL last year Richie averaged 5.82 whilst riding at reserve against NL riders. In the EL last year Danny averaged 7.22 whilst riding at heat leader against GP riders.
  8. Yes Phil admit it and while you're at it admit the SCBs Graham Reeve, Alan Bridgett, Track curator (and SCB track inspector) Colin Meredith, Max Fricke, Richie Worrall (having ridden it), meeting referee Graham Flint and the riders who during the track walk showed "no direct negativity," all thought the meeting would go ahead until atmospheric conditions changed and the track deteriorated. Go on admit it.
  9. Does anybody know how much these items cost? Commercial kitchen. Electronic turnstiles. Ticketing system. Office furniture. Bar & bar furniture. Tractor x 2 Heavy plant machinery. Speedway fence. Air fence. Several tonnes of shale. Worrall x 2 Fricke Bewley I'd be interested to know from the experts on here exactly why they think this and more should be free? Note: feel free to post abuse and dodge the question if you're a troll or an idiot.
  10. I heard that one club recently lost nearly 2 million which dwarfs the Belle Vue figure. I'm sure there are many who agree with you and feel this club should be kicked out. Can anybody in the know tell us who it is?
  11. The only thing soft that afternoon was your head mate. 😂😂
  12. So you think that everything the previous promotion paid for on the run up to the stadium opening should be given away free? The rider assets weren't liquidated to pay speedway debt so that value still belonged to the old promotion. Why am I having to type this? You cannot be that stupid. Before rushing to have a dig just think first or pm me and I can save you looking ridiculous.
  13. Pointless thread. Don't you people know how the modern system works. Unbelievable!
  14. Does anyone know what Buster did with the bond and Aces cut of the Sky money as it didn't go to the riders? GTR, polydactyly op or clothes pegs?
  15. Whilst envy and greed have always been part of Chapman's make up the powers that be made a fatal error in completing the triangle with power when they mistakenly made him chairman. Whilst we're all aware what's gone on at Leicester and the recent engines deal the situation at the NSS has been far more involved and damaging. Had he not plotted with the council in an effort to gain control then the winter for The Aces would have passed like any other as far as us fans would have been aware. Pairman would have taken over from the retiring David Gordon, a plan agreed months before it was due to take place. This would have allowed riders and other speedway related payments to be made. The team would have been in place allowing both them and the club to work on sponsors, practice events would have run over the winter together with fans nights in the Craven suit and maybe even the hoped for Xmas cracker meeting. The website would have continued to be updated and, with no bad press on all media outlets tainting the club it would have been business as usual. The dispute would have continued with the council over the payment responsibilities of many different contracts but that's all back room stuff and would have reached some kind of resolution, indeed a meeting was in the diary for late October to achieve this. Alas it wasn't to be due to the actions of one man. Pairman attended the AGM to have his new role rubber stamped but Chapman refused to see him, favouring his own route. The damage to Belle Vue speedway is massive and we've lost the long term plan set in place to ensure a solid foundation for the club to prosper in favour of your regular paying tenant season to season existence. Only lucky heather will save us now so maybe time to give Buster a call.
  16. Attack the post not the poster. You've not responded to any point I've made even when I'm only referencing information already out there. Your doing the social media equivalent of sticking your fingers in your ears while shouting na na na! This is a shame as I'd genuinely like to know yours and other people's thoughts on these published stories as I think this kind of thing effects the sport as a whole. Isn't that what the BSF is for?
  17. How can it be made up news when there are links?I no (sic) news that has been published and can provide links. You however have provided absolutely nothing to back up what you say. What's pml? If you mean PMSL then it's a bit sad you find it funny trolling a thread when you have absolutely nothing to contribute save for saying you're not sure about something. I'm not sure where the Aces bond or Sky money from November is as it's certainly not been used to pay the riders as in previous years. I'm not sure where the money came from to pay GTR. I'm not sure what Buster got out of the deal. I'm not sure why you cannot clear everything up by speaking to Buster and reporting back here.
  18. I answered your questions you dodged mine or you are just plain ignorant. Either way you are a waste of space. I'm on hols so I am enjoying my day, sunbeam.
  19. "I cannot give links about the pikey and calls information so your welcome to discount that if you insist. I cannot provide a link to Busters poaching but it must be fairly easy for you to clarify these issues with your promoter and report back"? Did you not read the above in my last post?? The fact you cannot take in information presented to you explains the lack of understanding in your first post. Speak to your promoter about the above and get back to me, oh and maybe reread this a few times so as not to waste people's time on here with silly questions.
  20. Buster announced days after annulling the old Aces promotion that they would be racing in the top flight. I can find the link if you insist. There had been no time for a bid other than Busters to have been formulated and presented at the time of this announcement. It could be measured in hours. We still await an announcement on new owners as MCC didn't take up the offer from Busters lot. Common knowledge but I'm sure I could piece this together from information on the BSPA website, if you insist. In this weeks Star David Gordon mention Pairmans first take over attempt being refused. I'd have to scan the article to show you this, if you insist. Gordon Pairman put out a press release at the time he abandoned his second bid with a very unambiguous pop at the BSPA which I can find a link for if you insist. I cannot give links about the pikey and calls information so your welcome to discount that if you insist. There have been articles in the Star from various sources that mention this ring fenced arrangement. I could provide links if you insist. Richie Worrall states he is not in the team despite assurances to the contrary from obviously the wrong people. I can provide a link if you insist. I cannot provide a link to Busters poaching but it must be fairly easy for you to clarify these issues with your promoter and report back? I have to say, you really should be aware of the information that is out there before posting in the manner you did.
  21. Buster was convinced that his preferred consortium, with him exercising control from the shadows, was going to take over at the NSS. This was the reason he ring fenced riders. MCC thought he was a pikey and refused his bid. He then spat his dummy out and placed obstacles in front of Pairmans second attempt to take over. He also refused to discuss this bid with MCC by not taking or returning their calls. He never lifted this gentlemans agreement though once he knew his bid would fail he tried to sign Cook & Fricke. The problem for Aces riders was that the wrong people were offering assurances for this coming season.
  22. Interesting that the pitch usage was mentioned. Following the charity match at the test event the pitch couldn't be used again as the contractor ISG had incorrectly installed a concrete kerb around the perimeter. Aces fans might recall turning up for a meeting and seeing the black granules that made up part of the pitch in a clearly visible band around the pitch. This was following the repair to the pitch in August that only then allowed BVA to hire it out, which they did but too little to late. The roof over the Craven suit also leaked badly and this affected the potential to gain revenue from hiring this out. As far as I know the roof is still leaking.
  23. Awful post. I'd rather go through what DG and CM went through to get the NSS. This small minded can't do, sink into the shadows mentality is not for me. I'd love to see a collective of your sort present the Olympic Games opening ceremony. Slipping on a dog turd outside McDonalds whilst complaining about about the lateness of the night bus, to a tune of the latest X factor semi finalist. What a world you live in.
  24. Tell you what, just give me half of 0.001% of those and I'll endeavour to answer them.
