  1. Indeed. I’m looking forward to getting our racenight back next year. Like Rye it’s hit us terrible having to move racenight and as Adrian told me, we had no say.
  2. Nothing at all to do with BV. When we ever received help from the authorities? I’d love a more detailed post so I can put you straight on your misunderstandings.
  3. Also in ‘79 PC was programmed to ride after every track grade where is was heavily watered, leading to slow starting PC getting filled in.
  4. Was Sharcross a speedway man? Can’t this all parliamentary committee that’s often touted in the Star sort something out for us?
  5. Belle Vue paid all their debts, late but in agreement with the riders. The stand off with the council was then spun as a debt issue?especially once Buster thought he could take over. The irony is the new lot paid the lower level of running fees as set out by the original promotion. How the sport could do with those two now, instead we have Buster.
  6. The fact you refuse to accept responsibility for your posts makes things a hundred times worse. You did say something ironically profound given your situation now and moving forward, it put me in mind of the Lou Reed song redone by the BBC a few years back..... Reap Reap Reap What you sow Oh such a perfect day.
  7. Don’t play the I don’t remember card. You are a disgrace!!!
  8. I still cannot get my head around the fact UK clubs prepare their tracks for gate & go racing in the (correct) belief it will help a home win. Make it entertaining and see how the cards land. I’ve seen some truly awful speedway recently and I even walked out on one Aces away fixture and I’m a speedway nut. Any first timer would say “the first to the white line wins” and this would be transmitted to anyone who asked. Fuelled with excitement, I don’t think so.
  9. Terrific apology that. Still waiting on an apology from Starman2006 for his “you reap what you sow” comment about fallen/injured riders. Won’t hold my breath though. It seems if you have a blue & white badge in your car you can come out with any vile comment without reproach. Sad times.
  10. Here here. Great gesture. Well done. Should fans PM you?
  11. Maybe you could step in and remburse these people as you don’t worry about the money, just the riders.
  12. To suggest “you reap what you sow” in relation to Steve Worralls or any other Aces injury just turns my stomach. It is in no way justified, irrespective of what any Belle Vue fan has posted on this forum. The struggles he and his young family have had to endure cannot be compared to some twit for tat comments on a speedway forum, you are an utter disgrace of a man. You seem in good company when I look at your supporters, not speedway fans, just low life’s with no moral compass and that unfortunately includes the mods
  13. I was alerted to a post I would normally have missed. It says any rider that crashes or gets injured, had it coming to them as their supporters said something Poole fan(s) disagreed with. Chilling. Reported.
  14. Including yesterday Craig has one exclusion recorded in the averages section. He could have gone off 15mtrs and finished last but he only has three lasts. It’s unlikely he would have finished higher on the UKs gate & go tracks so it looks like Poole fans are once again making stuff up purely to get a rise out of opposition fans. Indeed several Poole riders have poorer stats than Craig. Can I please please ask that you stop trolling as even when on ignore it blocks up the thread with nonsense. STOP IT!!
  15. I’d heard the one particular promotion refused to go on a Saturday due to the possibility of guests and also a promotion started taping up Rye riders just as the rumours started. There was an idea to keep the A fixtures in the table and award home wins to the 2 or 3 matches outstanding. This would have seen the Rye riders retain their PL average but again this was vetoed.
  16. How does this sit with all the fans who shouted down the Brit fans after the SON by saying we knew the rules when we started?
  17. If you think that’s a trolling post then god help you. All your subsequent post we’re classic trolling posts for which you are now blocked.
  18. Usual BSF merry go round. I’ll leave it at this. There is a video showing Poole fans cheer a fallen rider. Fact not opinion. There isn't a video showing Aces fans cheer a fallen rider. Fact not opinion. I’m happy to except that club allegiances sees fans disregard the facts in favour of their own preferred reality but the facts remain. End.
  19. I’ve been to all but one Aces fixtures this season, putting much needed funds into the sport as a whole. That ends as of now and with having an Aces season ticket it means no more of my cash will go into the sport this year. I attended Rye to see The Aces achieve a fine win only to see it scrubbed from the records. Why chance it again? I put in a previous post how it takes effort to drive away anorak wearing (I have a nice Aces cost) board waving (I have a few) diehard fans but they’ve managed it with this one.
