I’m with you, I think more injured riders should be made to race or as you say be banned. Steve Worrall is hobbling about but manages to ride whereas Mark, Dan and Craig just sit on their arses.

Probably the NSS track and I for one don’t think the management are poor.

I see we got 9 points from Craig & Dans rides. Ouch. Great effort from the battered and bruised Aces. Can we carry our luck bank over to next year or does it reset at the end of the season like normal. lol

Disappointing to go out but having watch Ht13 again it’s difficult to stay disappointed for too long. Love the NSS and The Aces.

With Belle Vue having (probably) only three meetings left, they are leaving it really late for their luck to even out over the season. Could be our saving grace?

Looking at the results with Riss in, we would have made the play offs anyway with Jye and had a potentially good scoring reserve at the NSS. As most said at the time it should have been Dimitri for Drozdz and keep Jye. What’s done is done but we never really got to see Mark perform due to him carrying an injury.

If Mark rides abroad like Andersen or if he’d gone home ‘cause his Dad, auntie or whoever it was had a cold like North them quite rightly people would be up in arms, as that is cheating pure and simple.

Apparently to keep him happy Belle Vue will ride the two cup competitions with only 6 riders as per his request. At least that’s over with.

Confidence thing with Jack, everything else is there. Riders and fans alike say how races are won and lost in the mind. I’m not sure it the new UK set up have got hold of him yet but it would be interesting to see if they could help turn things round.

We were hit with the TV, it being an off night and the kids just back at school. Taking that into account the 1700 was ok and still the highest attendance that week in the UK for a team event Belle Vue are without doubt the best supported club in UK speedway but that also indicates the troubles currently facing the sport.

Its was the idiot from Poole (not a narrow choice granted) who whilst we all discussed how much we enjoyed heat 13, needlessly dug out a Poole race saying it was better. The subsequent discussion then had the other idiot Poole fans joining in and doing what they do best. Very sad. Amyway I’m going to watch heat 13 again.

He typed into google “good race Poole” and got something from 14 years ago. Very amusing that he tries to make out how good his gate & go track is but ends up showing it up for what it is. The gift that keeps on giving.

Is there a specific date when Belle Vues luck changes to then even itself out?

If your not confident your team can will on the most entertaining surface you can provide and doctor the track accordingly then you really need to look at something else to do and leave this great sport of ours alone.
