Swings and roundabouts. Last week only two of us could make it whereas this week it’s four. Quick and efficient rearranging, makes a change. Up The Aces’ -
Good to see someone from Poole admitting the holes are there. Credit to Josh, even if it does make some others there look a little economical with the truth.

You’ll be fed up with the rest then as they still charge away from the start and turn sharp left in the other meetings. I love it. -
I bow to your superior knowledge and commend you on your discretion on keeping the T&C of each of those riders contract secret. At least your using facts in your posts and not just trolling. Anyway I’m off to continue my battle with the poll tax people. I’ve paid it but I have an issue I’m not happy with.

It’s amazing how riders after all these years suddenly become greedy when dealing with Chapman. Weird.

Indeed, I thought chucking Harris out was bad enough but to kick Craig out on the eve of the season was madness even by Busters standards.

With the information that’s been put out in the public domain, anybody that reaches the conclusion Mort/Gordon are at fault is either very very stupid or they have a chip on their shoulder about those two. In fact it’s probably both. Very embarrassing.

Should be another close one tonight as Rohan and Hans will probably fair better round our place and the rest of their side have a liking for our track. We need Steve to step up and Ricky to put something on the board. Main points of interest for me are Dans’ return and how Lidsey gets on. 48-42 home win.

If you’re sat in your bedroom alone in your pants then yes but mixing with people and having a laugh puts a different spin on it. You ought to get out more. -

It was a good laugh on Monday. A young girl from our lot was helping fans, home and away sort it out. It got us all talking and laughing on a cold cold night. More of the same I say. -

I’m the same in that I also turn away as the riders come round the track to tapes and the same once the flag has gone down, never join in the victory celebration. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a parade nor a trophy giving. Just the racing for me and if there’s a re run I only watch from where the original was stopped so I don’t go over the 15mins per meeting. What we like eh? -

Aces looked good in matching race suits, Panthers not so much. Looking forward when all teams follow suit. -

I see this as part of The Aces rehabilitation process. Any team meeting us early doors should fill their boots. Easy home win. -
It’s a bit like chucking a toddler in the canal, then when you fish him out you get hailed as a lifesaver. Unbelievable.

Well done sir, it took a while. Chapman was happy to take season ticket and sponsorship money on the back of a very attractive line up. Sure he’s now going to lose out on gate receipts but it doesn’t matter as following a predictable use it or lose it campaign he might not be around long and he’s got all that front end cash. All those asking why Hans has his sponsors prominently displayed on his bike and what’s Cooks problem, well. Try that on with Hans and he’ll say bye then, I’ll concentrate on my foreign contracts, he has leverage. Cook has none and as a member of the side they are looking to jettison anyway they can come up with all kinds of unappetising deals as they probably thought he’d take it as he only has Glasgow. If not they can alway play the wounded soldier and the lovely fans will get behind them It’s been an exasperating few days but I’m glad it’s over now.

Appearances can be deceptive.

It’s a matter of opinion whether you think the all white logos and lettering as apposed to the branded colours of last year gives better exposure to your paying sponsors. They must have been heavily consulted on this as paying benefactors of the sport and obviously prefer just the white. Just shows what I know about marketing and branding. Looking forward to all clubs in all leagues adopting this so we can finally see an upturn in companies who provide sponsorship.
-
No they just want him and his ex team mates to come along and enjoy the fabulous speedway at the NSS for nowt.
