The problem is some people get hung up on thick or awkward people not agree on a point that isn't difficult to understand. It doesn't bother me that people are stupid. I said everything that needs saying on this subject earlier on. To me it's amusing to see folk struggle to get it but if they ever wanted help in understanding things I would be more than willing to help. Trouble is, for a lot on here ignorance is bliss.

No it's not a Poole controversy it's a speedway controversy that we comment on and quite right to. The fact that the majority of problems involve Poole should tell you something. I'm not and never will be anti Poole. I am and always will be anti cheating and I'll comment on it whoever is involved.

Trying to have a logical discussion with these Poole fans is like pushing water uphill with a rake. Amazing. This quote perfectly sums them up. "Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt".

I always thought if a Wolves heat leader rode for another team their average plummeted only to jump back up when next in a wolves bib.

Just to confirm then it doesn't effect any of his clubs but Piraterna got effected by it. Thanks for clearing that up.

Belle Vue Aces -v Poole "cheats" Pirates

I've said it many times over the years, that the most effective why to stop people calling you a cheat is not to cheat. A simple concept, lost on some. Sad. -

The answer was Poole or to use the modern term cheating scumbags. -

Not true actually. A few years back Joe Screen was signed off sick with a back injury. It was all an average fixing scam. The authorities investigated and stopped the team involved from gaining the advantage they were after. As a bit of fun, do want to play guess the team trying to cheat? -

Missing passport? Copywrite Ford/Ferjan -
The Aces tried that against Poole once. Didn't go too well for us.

You don't need to worry about this fixture going ahead if you are unable to put a decent team together. Poole promoter Gordon Pairman has particularly strong views on equal teams competing in the EL. In January this year part of a post he made read.... Poole are probably best placed to cover the situation, but that would still leave a huge imbalance in the league something that is unacceptable to us. Fair play to him I say.
-
In January in the visa thread I quoted Gordon Pairmans post saying,,, Best thing to do with Pairmans statement is save it to your desktop or phone notes then on several occasions during the coming season when Poole get up to their usual unsavoury antics just re quote parts of it and ask why the change of heart. Pairman in his post wrote... This is simply to do with not wishing to cheat the public nor our broadcast partners, Sky Sports. If it means that we have to delay the start of the season then surely that's entirely reasonable. As a league, we should be looking to deliver the best entertainment and not seek compromises. Hoisted by your own petard.

Cheating scumbags!

So someone books Harris on Saturday night and the Poole haters come on here saying it's for Janowski, err it isn't he's fine. Stop putting 2 & 2 together to make 5 just to make Poole look like cheating scumbags. Give it a rest. Can't wait to see Magic tomorrow and I'm bringing some polish clients with me. We're having a visit to the pits and are hoping to meet him for a chat.

It's like Aces v Colts tonight. I think Swindon could do well. -
They did the same thing against us last year with Ljung.

Leicester V Belle Vue Saturday 11.04.15

I'm missing something here. Numbers 3 & 5 ride together in two of their races so no change there. Number 3 then faces the oppositions number 1&5 then 3&4, whilst our number 5 faces their number 3&4 then 1&5. I don't get how it makes us a lot stronger? -

I don't think they would want to change the system to be honest. How many Slovenians ride in our league? Who recently held the track record at Leicester? What team do they both ride for? Some would say, job done. -

Here here. My mate is a chef and if he gets complaints he asks if they've ever worked in a resturant kitchen. Soon puts them in their place. Dad was a roofer and as not many folk venture up onto their roof any complaints he had were soon dismissed. Speedway fans stop moaning for Christ sake! -
I'd go to that!

A man had his hat blown off whilst walking on the seafront and the chippy ran out of jumbo sausages so the speedway news could get bumped again.
