I know it's old ground, ground someone may regret one day. Ok that aside, if you want to get involved again you have to talk surely? -

One of you will have to break the ice face to face I guess Jonathan, I've never been in this situation before of falling out and not talking to my parents, try a letter by all means but if you can't ring ya Mum and Dad to offer help/your services, I can't see a letter working? -

Nope just in Jack's interview. -
There were not people all round to the rafters yesterday, the top tiers of the pits straight were empty other than a couple of rows at the bottom, corner top tiers were empty too. They had filled the top tier on the back straight though, although there were plenty of seats to be had there too. I won some tickets on the 3rd bend top tier and we had about 10 seats beside us empty..

Of course, we all do but we have to be realistic? Good to hear Jack Holder's take on that Thursday from the Under 21 coverage in Poznan. -

Fly him over from Poland? Obviously prefer to use a club asset. -
Don't think he specified a day, just after the weekend. Some people have suggested he not bother so he may take their advice...
-
I hope he is not, he was not alone in his disliking of the track, not alone in missing a heat so unless you're gonna sack 5 of them why pick on him like the SCB did? Just the night before the bloke lead the Stars to victory at Poole, his quote in the press was that he told the guys all he knew. He doesn't become an evil Lord overnight!
-
I, for one, hope it doesn't come to that.
-
Who is Lynn, he certainly hasn't unfollowed the official King's Lynn Speedway twitter account..
-
The only misjudgement he made was to not go to the tapes and have an ef, instead he stuck his ground and stayed put in the pits, would the few angry fans have felt the same if he'd have had that ef after racing in 11, probably not, would Buster, probably not. Funny old game.....

1) Sell the British Premiership TV rights for £Ms for starters (I wish) 2) Try to buy plots of land to build new speedways on where clubs are tied up with dog track owners 3) Base a few of these new tracks on Polish tracks and buy some of their track material too or source it from GB if possible 4) Get all promotions singing from the same hymn book re promotion, if each promotion has a good idea they must share it with all promotions. 5) Do a study into track prep to assertain what is best for British Speedway and make this compulsory
-
Yes but it doesn't matter cos take it or leave it!
-
Not if the Poles stick to their supposed 2018 rules, any rider they employ to only race in one other country! Denmark and Poland for Niels!
-
I fully expect Chris to be back at Poole next season, makes sense for him basically, IF Matt employs him again of course.
-
No he chose to take the honest way out rather than have an ef or ride through the tapes. Wrongly punished for stickibg to his guns. And for all those Lynn fans blasting him, it was only from the night before he was quoted in our local paper saying he told the rest of the Stars all he knew about set up and racing at Poole ..... and of course we won! But we made a decent team up with him!
-
Cos he wants to concentrate on having a good GP at a guess .....
-
Poole rider or not Holder has always had support from Lynn and British Speedway fans in general. He's always been honest in interviews, no bullsh*t. He's been to the top of World Speedway and has ridden our tracks for years as a heat leader/number one so has oodles of experience. This year, for whatever reason, he's been struggling with form everywhere but he'd made the breakthrough in the SWC I thought and I was looking forward to his performances with the Stars for the rest of the season. He made a stand on Thursday, he was certainly not the only one, but he's carrying the can, the SCB are wrong to have singled him out for their harsh punishment.

King's Lynn V Rye House 19/07/17
Trees replied to tellboy's topic in SGB Premiership Speedway League
He's been riding pretty good this season, very consistent and has certainly been making passes that he wouldn't have done for a while. -
I'll defend any rider who thinks a track is dangerous, I want to see good racing with riders having confidence to race 100% .... Apart from Nicki Pedersen of course .... He's dropped his average everywhere hasn't he?
-
I do agree with this, as I always say, it's their bodies, their bikes, their lives .... nobody can argue against that .....
