I don't think band music is being suggested for these days but it had it's place years ago.... 100% promoters need to think about the sounds they are using during race night... you could say just as the promoters did years ago....

Darcy Ward certainly considers him a friend and acknowledges what he has done for him. I agree the guy comes across pretty ott on TV but that maybe just his TV persona....

Haha the old marching music, all part of the night out in my early days at Speedway, very much old hat now although some might say, what's wrong with tradition ..... I certainly wasn't into band music when I was 10 but totally accepted it

Whereas when he did it at Lynn, they are still remembered today lolWipe Out is one tune that is still played at Peterborough when they get a 5-1, still rankles me lol One I always remember from my first year of speedway was "From New York to LA" by Patsy Gallant, Black is Black, Rocking A Over the World, We are the Champions... loads of great songs from that era 😊

The guys who post on here need to be placated by the promotion and team of course, hopefully the work being done this close season will deliver, sounds nothing but positive, roll on 2018! UP The STARS

Oh yes, 6 Aww you can't have 92 for next year, it's taken, BUT you can have 96 with pleasure, cost has only gone up a few shillings to five pounds, not much more is it? I wouldn't know these things being a youngster BTW anyone who is wondering if we are organising anything this close season, we are trying to line up some rider/official talks, not an easy task but we are working on it .... ALSO ..... is there anyone else out there that would like to accompany us on the coach to Cardiff next year, at the moment we need another 20-30 fans to cover the cost of running the coach. The cost is £35 for Members and £40 for Non Members. That's there and back on the day. Do contact me privately or on the KLSSC Facebook page. We have to make a decision in January to run or not so those who do want to go have time to make alternative arrangements if we have to cancel ...... thank you

I would be, CVS has stuck with Jacob from the start, he's turned into a really good rider, Freddie belongs at Wolves, they should be racing for Wolves, this rule needs to be overruled ........ if promoters think there are riders out there that are on stupidly low averages, then reassess them ..... as they have done with the GP boys, we want clubs to start on levelish playing fields.

100% team riding must be encouraged, team riding or at least having a good understanding wins at the end of the day .... The countries will have to choose their teams, will be a good comp imo

You say that but Wolves have persevered with Thorssell and kept him in their team, same as Lynn with Lambert, Swindon with Morris etc etc The strongest team has to lose someone to equal the teams up again, there are not enough riders wanting to race here to make the rest of the teams stronger....

We can't keep building to the average of the league winners with too less riders. No team has to release all it's riders, why does everyone keep suggesting they do?

BSI has a 25 year deal so just a few more to go .......
