Buster is the overseer of our club tis true and we rely on him to run it well, over many years we've had some good times with Buster in charge, OK Buster and his team manager, Jonathan, team, employees and volunteers. Let's not forget the good times and be hopeful they come back. We have to go into the season with a positive outlook, looking forward to supporting our team, if not, we'll be looking for every negative going, won't we?

I totally get that but fill the other half of your glass up so you go into the season with a positive attitude

We don't fit in with his lifestyle, he earns enough in Poland not to need to race here. He might as well be Polish or Swedish......

Anyone seen on twitter that Tatum and Pearson are organising another one of their SportsTalkEvents at Lynn with Jason Doyle on Friday 16th March?

LOL I almost added that they won't add any VFM but deleted it, think my next sentence was but they may if the riders are on it, but then thought oh nooooo, they don't want the riders winning, they want close racing, can't win really eh ...... It's this time of the year that I yearn for some speedway, I get a huge smile on my face just thinking about speedway racing, I'm not right I know. WE ALL KNOW (including Buster) things have gone awry lately but it doesn't take much to put things right, as fans we just need to have the will and the want to support the changes. You can't please everyone but if the majority are happy that's it basically .....

Listen to this lot and you'd think we had a sun delay every meeting ;P Good news about Paul Suggitt and Chris Neville? Robin Brundle is certainly bringing new initiatives to the club, let's give him our support, look forward and hope the good times will come .......

Buster did mention that the double headers were a financial disaster for the club so none of them this year! Surely we go into this year hopeful and with an open mind?

Yes the rules need to be added to but that isn't the only reason I would hate Poole to win lol

Anyone but Poole.... it's ridiculous how they have got the Poles on such low averages, hopefully a new rule for 2019 will be, every rider who did not ride in the British league in 2018 will have their average fairly assessed, up or down, depending on their current form/status/injury.

How the hell are they are 4 averages then? It's madness. Our new guy Kasper Andersen is on a 5! I need to find out the answer to this one ..... it's just so wrong!

No doubt gone through all this before but what average is Woryna in Poland? And the other Poole Pole?

All clubs ought to have an old bike being warmed up in the pits with the old type oil in before meetings just for the smell mmmmmm mm Or doesn't it exist anymore?

Unbelievable, someone who spent his whole career keeping out of trouble on the Speedway track, his luck was well and truly out that day

Leigh Adams was a huge favourite of mine too, what a pleasure it was to have him in Stars colours for two seasons. He should've stayed longer, the track suited him so much.

It's a massive shame that Freddie isn't racing here this season, a guy who has always ridden in the UK Niels now starts a seventh season with Lynn, 8 if you count years ago .... he's great to watch if a little lacking in the team riding front but he rarely gets under double figures home and away and for me there's nothing better than watching him fly round Lynn, what a style I think I even like his style better than Leigh Adams

Let's at least start the season with a little bit of Polishesque enthusiasm, pride and love for our club and team, it works for Polish Speedway!!

Nicki had the last laugh this year on Niels, being chosen for GP. Hope he's rubbish lol

Not totally a good thing that it clashes with an England footy match, loads of people watch England even if they aren't football fans particularly just like they go to Cardiff when they aren't really speedway fans haha

Fans are so fickle, on one hand they say, we don't want teams to change year on year, on another, we want new riders .... promoters can't win!

It's amazing how the promoters don't close all loopholes, stopping signing of riders on false averages is a pretty simple one, isn't it? It's always, always been a contentious issue!!!
