Use em or lose em, nah I think their ought to be a huge summit of all league speedway promoters to thrash out some ideas for the future of the sport ...... if things are rosy anywhere then something has to be done?

Trouble is one tiny mistake and they crash when out so wide, not what I want to see. But then I've never been against track prep during the meetings, when we had a deep track at Lynn, Huggy went out after every race to get rid of the berms to make the track safe for the riders, he was the king of keeping a perfect track imo, he was so conscientious about his track ...

I personally think he should've done more grading, racing line went out too wide, riders shouldn't have to ride so close to the air fence ....

Bet it was slicker than the Poole meeting, must've been because of the possible rain?

Of course they didn't take over straight away after the end of the one off finals, apologies! It annoys me to the core that these 'companies' are reaping the benefits of league speedway but it's the way of the world so ..........

There is/was hope that the others would step up to the plate, it does happen, and they have at times but not consistently, I mean we were 10 points up at heat 10 last night so good points had been scored again the Pirates, I think it was partly Erik's crash and the drying out of the track so more to Poole's liking that put paid to our advantage. It's difficult!

How much did they pay for the rights 24 years ago? I'm guessing that's the only money they paid to the FIM? One year to run, then what?

I bet every promoter would do this IF people could be trusted but we can't, end of ......

Yeah, bloody GP series has spoilt the fans and to some extent the riders ..... have thought that for many years .... Of course the riders in the GP series are all of a similar calibre ..... and of course British teams are made up of different calibre riders, but then it should be all about your team, your club not just individual riders.
