  1. I think you are right on that one because the yellow and white colours are hard for some people to differentiate!
  2. No, there was lots of talk about test matches but nothing has come of it. Trouble is they need guaranteed crowds ....
  3. Yes in an ideal world, ask Robert about it ......
  4. Yeah, he jarred his back again in his second race, he's not fit ....... some tracks are easier to ride than others when you're not fit .........
  5. It's the difference basically, these bike set ups and riding the right lines all the time sets the top boys from the middle order ...... But of course some riders get their heads round it in the end, it's not easy eh ....
  6. Apart from not scoring very well, I'm guessing due to mechanical issues, what's he done wrong?
  7. Maybe cos the bloody fans keep moaning about 'tractor racing'??
  8. BV isn't grippy like Lynn, starts are different I guess. Why didn't Belle Vue perform at Lynn?
  9. Oh for goodness sakes you lot, obviously Niels is up for a few weeks racing in the UK having almost finished his European season, he still needs to keep racing to be fit for the rest of the GP season, Ipswich asked him, we didn't! Christ he rode for just us for years, that's loyalty from both sides, he gave the UK a miss this year because of his other racing commitments but has time now .......
  10. Ought to have watch a dvd or two, do teams prepare? Watch a rubbish meeting, the promoters have got to do something about these poor scorelines, give the away team 4 laps practice each or something so they can at least get set up for starters ......
  11. They know we're not gaters I guess ... It worked ....
  12. Of course, to 2 decimal places is a joke, they do it at Lynn to .....
  13. I dunno if the racing would've been better had the track been drier, it's hard to say if our boys would've been more competative. The racing was diabolical though on a track that should produce great racing ....
  14. They always needed one or two to up their game home and away but it hasn't happened away for sure, Christ knows why, they have talent.
  15. Bloody 5.15 I left mine lol. Got home at around 8 .....
  16. If you put it that way my fav rider has to be Michael Lee then cos he's the rider I first loved to watch age 10 lol
  17. How the hell can anyone pick one rider .... Rob Lambert, Darcy Ward, Michael Lee, Mark Loram, Erik Riss Jesus I could fill the page up times over
  18. Rob does it his way, I don't want him emulating anyone, he's young, a very talented rider and is building up nicely. Just had a set back with this injury but fingers crossed it's healed ok and he doesn't have any more crashes any time soon .....
  19. The Stars will be in a good frame of mind, they're on good form, the fans will be in good voice, fingers and toes crossed for points from this meeting .......
  20. The fans enjoyed the selfie session (my name for it) after the meeting on Thursday, they had the chance to have a word with the team on the track/centre and loved it, everyone who wanted to that is. Thursday was all about getting the win and the team did that emphatically Now onto Belle Vue Monday, now that's one we NEED to win, we're taking a minibus up there, looking forward to the trip
  21. Can't see any promotion being able to pay for that?
