You cannot have gimmick races with our riders, whatabout if there is faller for instance, jeez!!

I dunno what the riders think exactly but I know many Stars fans feel an affiliation towards our riders ........

I would like to see a poll done of older riders re bikes of today compared to years back ...

Yeah Max might get better but he'll be off the radar then, hope he doesn't go .....

I do wish that some fans wouldn't keep running on about keeping the same riders from year to year like the 'old days', if you're gonna do that you have to take the good with the bad, can't have it all ways!! Not you Baggy of course ....

I'll admit to wanting to give Chris the chance after Poole left him on the shelf in his darkest days. I thought back to his early days with IOW when he wanted to conquer every track, have a video somewhere I took of him being interviewed at Lynn, good guy. His Lynn experience was a different kettle of fish to his heady days at Poole, shame it ended like it did ..... Not got over Adam Ellis and 2018 yet though, perhaps skued my thoughts :(((((

Totally agree but I'd like to think they can pull their away form together .....

Why doesn't your Supporters Club run Rider of the Year comp, after all it's the fans who vote, it's a fan/rider thing ....

And I've been to Reggie Randell's shed but it's what's inside that counts .....

Oh don't I know it, people will pump loads of money into their football club, 3 new football tops per season, season ticket, away matches etc etc, if only speedway teams had fans with the same love for the clubs as football fans!! It's more that I don't want certain teams in speedway to always win (ala British Premiership football, I know now and again a team amazingly wins the title, eg Leicester) although tbf it seems to turn out that way ....... but I think it would be even more of a definite if we didn't have a points limit .....

Matt and the fans it seems like ....... what is being asked is whatabout all those great years where the money was rolling in, huge crowds etc, long gone? To be fair I don't think promoters have ever kept monies aside in case of a rainy day ......

You better ask current team managers/promoters if that is how they put their teams together! ie Dale Allitt
