  1. You're behind the times we've certainly had riders tunes for years at Lynn, probably since Parks rode for Lynn. Can't comment on the live music at Cardiff but from what I heard on the tv it sounded good and got the crowd going ..............
  2. Perhaps that's why the fans were booing Nicki, because they thought he did just this?
  3. Oww never thought of that one before with betting being allowed within speedway
  4. Exactly these aren't "just" tracks they are GP, world championship tracks and are turning our sport into a farce and injuring the riders. The riders put on a brave, tough face and say it's the same for everyone but is it really fair for them to have to take their lives in the hands even more than they already do racing speedway. But they're the only ones who can do anything about it, the fans can pass opinion all they like but the riders need to stand up for what is right, Leigh Adams had no problem at Lynn so what's the difference here!! It's the same with that ref, they'll have to send the FIM a letter saying they will not race if that guy is officiating although surely after that performance he will be dropped from all speedway refereeing for life? Thanks for putting me right m8
  5. No, the ref did wrong but the rules are also wrong in that riders can go across the rest of the field like they can from gate 4, things like this are bound to happen, bring back the old rule where riders are not allowed to turn until a certain point after the start, can't remember now whether it was 10 or 15 yards.
  6. hahahahhahahahahaha what a laughing stock the GP series is today I feel sorry for the riders who have to go through what they do but they'll ride anything for these people so what can you say in their defence!!
  7. Totally agree with this post .......................... I'm so glad the stupid GP ended up a farce Only good thing about it was Crump won!
  8. Oh and I bet IMG loved the falls and injuries too .................. bloody wonderful GP! I find it hard to believe that the riders agree to race on tracks like these!
  9. If speedway still had the 30 yard marker people wouldn't be booing him, it's the rules that need changing and sack that ref of course!!!!
  10. SCB wrote: Bloody hell it must have been a good meeting to get this response from Shawn!!!!! Perhaps a letter to the SCB from all the fans regarding Graham Flint's decision wouldn't go amiss, if he's a bad ref and doesn't do his job properly then something should be done?? Back up your boos?
  11. Is this definitely Ove racing at the Firs? http://www.eveningnews24.co.uk/content/Vid...peedwayOld.aspx
  12. Well those pairs didn't want to win very much then!! Awwwwwwww that's why TT and Kev would have been good in the meeting, shame ............
  13. He sure is, of Stephen who rode for King's Lynn many moons ago. He had a practice at Lynn last week, looked good to me so it will be interesting to see how he goes.
  14. All depends why they were I guess, any idea?
  15. Congratulations to Dan and Kauko, will make lots of Worky people very pleased indeedy
  16. Makes sense as his brother and team mates are living down there, he could so easily move back to East Anglia
  17. You won't get rid of them they're two-a-penny
  18. Told JB to source some of those blowable ones like they have at Glasgow!
  19. If it's as good as our Ash Jones younguns meeting it will be a real interesting meeting.
  20. Oh marvellous, wonderful, brilliant, so good for the top echelons of the sport
  21. I wouldn't even bother to reply to this Jeff. person, he's not a fan of british speedway just a GP fan, he doesn't have a team, do you Jeff.?
  22. Well a certain other Swede is pretty famous in Norwich so Billy is a good choice
  23. Totally agree, but he wasn't in it until last Friday for the Sunday meeting so who knows eh!
