IF Norwich do ever get their speedway back I'm 100% sure it will be a huge success! I cannot believe that there isn't a site near to the airport that would be suitable. I can't believe that there isn't a land owner anywhere near Norwich who has a suitable site. Is there nothing the fans can do???

Jeez that'll wind him up for sure. I 100% would NEVER EVER EVER put Hamill in the same category as Leigh. Yes, Hamill HAS got that ruthless streak that Leigh hasn't but apart from that NO competition!! Oh gord the embarrasment, if that don't wind him up nothing will

Now that Crumpy has "got the monkey off his back" as Kelv put it, how can Leigh emulate his achievement? If Leigh doesn't win the World Championship before the end of his career it will be a sacrilege. I think he needs someone to rile him up before every race, perhaps his sponsors should pay for someone to go to every GP, stand by the pits and give him major grief He's got everything else in place but that damned bit of ruthlessness. Rickardsson showed in the final at Hamar how ruthless you need to be sometimes to achieve what you want, cutting Leigh up in the process of course!!

Cheers Ole for a great track!

There's plenty of passing in the superbike series .............. what do they do different to F1 and SGP? I was sooooooo damned annoyed at how Bydgoszcz was prepared this year. Two years ago we saw an absolutely terrific meeting from there but the last two years the quality of racing has gone down and down, why, a slick track grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. You look forward to Bydgoszcz being the best meeting of the GP season racing/passing wise and when it ends up processional there's something wrong!! -
Well Done TRICK!

IF you say so He hasn't been here to see for the majority of the season Yes he's a great rider but just because he's fab at winning gps there are certainly many more top riders out there that are as appealling to the public purse as Tony! He's dominated over the last 10 years and has been the rider to beat and emulate but he's certainly not everything to every fan!!!!! -
Well Done TRICK!

Personality ............. distinctive personal character so says my dictionary. I'd say Crumpy has got a distinctive personal character, at least everything he says makes sense, he doesn't come out with the same phrases every time and he's no bullrubbishter. No he isn't flamboyant like Rickardsson but who cares about that. He let's his racing do the talking and as far as flamboyant is concerned he can pull a pretty impressive wheelie when he wants to! I wouldn't be surprised if it was wheelies aplenty tonight Surely nothing can go wrong for the bloke!! Can't wait to see the look on Phil's face either, I hope SKY capture the emotion of it all -
It's the Final Countdown!!!

Crumpy is no brit, listen to him speak, don't think he has a bristol twang! -
Statistics don't tell the whole story HenryW!

If Rickardsson was to somehow come out as winner in Hamar I would have to hit Shovlar over the head with his bottle of Krug
-
WHO really would blame the guy if he throttled off every so slightly in the next two weeks. It would be an absolute travesty if anything happened to him between now and then! He deserves this title more than anyone.
-
Don't know, don't care, cos it ain't gonna happen A totally determined, focused, composed performance by Crumpy, like they said he's got one hand on the trophy, it's gotta be his for the taking!!
-
Sheffield, yep I'd go for that, 100% better race track than Coventry ........... unless Mr Sandhu has improved it??

Hans Andersen surely secures GP place in 2005

Oh goody gumdrops zzzzzzzzzzzzzz -
Yeah I guess I do expect something different from a company running the premier speedway event in the world and that is put some of the profit back into grassroots speedway instead of keeping it all to themselves. Yes, speedway is a business but it is a sport as well and especially in this country where we are lacking facilities for youngsters we could do with some monies being put back in from the top.

Oh my giddy aunt, there'll be someone in this house well chuffed with that news, you oughta see the huge "Woolies" poster of Anders we have up in our bedroom as evidence!
-
I just hope we can see him racing round the Norfolk Arena a few more times before he retires together with other greats who we must all miss watching at King's Lynn

I think BSI should cut the GP series down to about 4 or 6 meetings. The meetings would be a little special once again rather than becoming run of the mill like they are now. EL fans complain when they see the same teams visiting a few times a season, that's almost how the GP's seem now on every 2 weeks. If it wasn't for wanting to see how Crumpy does on his quest to become WC I probably wouldn't be bothered watching them all. As for Mark, it's great that he enjoys league racing more than the GP's. He's been World Champion, has nothing to prove and will always be a great in the eyes of british fans and around the world no doubt. Not bad from a speedway career imo.

Would the TR rule be more acceptable if the winners points weren't doubled then, if they only gained an extra 2 for the win and 1 for coming 2nd perhaps.

And that lil thing on ya chin that goes for Parks too LOL
