I think having the girls teetering about in their heels, blowing kisses and pouting is a bit old hat now, think of something else they can do to wow the cameras!

It's all about the availability of the riders, obviously, I don't suppose any fans who were going to Havvy's meeting will now go to the ERC????

A positive move imo, I'm looking forward to it B-) Let's see if the Stars can make it a one/two again :-D I'll be more than happy to attend to watch "just" the riders who are committed to GB this season, it's a meeting all about supporting our teams' riders after all!!!! Will be great to see the World One and Three in action in person after a long winter B-)

And even if sports do have millionaire backers and multi million pound tv deals (footy etc) they still don't lower the entrance prices!! Of course promoters could give better value to their customers, there's plenty of things that could be done that cost nothing much apart from enthusiasm, time and effort.

Don't youngsters do paper rounds/Saturday jobs anymore? That's how I used to pay for my speedway!

Emil and Hampel can't be taken into account as they race less and so don't have as much pressure on . . .

I certainly know of plenty of people who watch speedway on the box but would not go see it live! I have a few asking whether the BEL is gonna be on TV or not this year, difficult to answer!!!!

I have personally loved over the years when we've had Aussie riders commentate on races, same sort of thing I guess?

We can only hope that the guy finds his best form again eh forever blue?
